Ron was extremely helpful through the entire planning process! He set up our entire reception himself and it was exactly what I pictured! Thank you Ron for the perfect reception! Use The Christy. You will not be disappointed!!

I Would add more stars if I could. This is an awesome venue. Ron and staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. All the extra touches did not go unnoticed.

Attended a reception over the weekend here. I have to say it was one of the best receptions I have been to. The staff seemed very organized and pleasant. The food was great as well as the bartending staff :)

I attended the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce luncheon today at the Christy. It was another good experience for me. I've attended several meetings, receptions and parties through the years at The Christy. It's always been a positive experience.

I had my wedding ceremony & reception here, and I absolutely loved it! Ron was always answering my questions and more than happy to help throughout the entire process. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. At the end of the event, we were even asked if we wanted the left over food! Since there was another event going on that night, Ron was unable to be in our room the entire evening, but he made sure to come over and make sure everything was perfect before it got started. We had one of his staff members helping out and making sure everything was going smoothly. The bartender was extremely quick, efficient and super friendly. Every time I would walk up there, she immediately had my drink ready for me to go. One thing I wish was different was the fact that the other event walked into our reception a lot to go to the bar and there wasn't a clear level of respect from them. They had written in our guestbook and crossed a line since they were obviously not guests of ours. Although a few of the people from that event came to apologize, the Christy didn't really seem to say anything or do anything. But, they may not have known either. And I probably should have put the book up, but I wanted to make sure that all of my guests had the opportunity to sign it. Another thing that I wish would have been taken care of was the fact that I was asked about multiple things that were against their rules, such as beer bottles in the parking lot that were obviously brought from an outside vendor/store. I wish they would have asked before hand how they wanted those situations handled because I would have directed them to one the mothers or a bridesmaid. Just unnecessary drama/stress for a bride to deal with on her wedding day. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Christy to anyone looking for a venue.
