The Brew Kettle Amherst

This location has strayed far from the original Brew Kettle in Strongsville. The management are below par and feel that giving away free food will keep the customers coming back. Their inexperience shows when prompted with more than one task. Unfortunately, the food is overpriced and below average and is classified as nothing special(bar food). They really should just close the doors instead of going bankrupt.

Makes me think the kitchen is just as dirty as their glasses that the bartender could care less about . Oh well it's lipstick !

Always happy with the beer here but over the past year something has changed with the food quality...not as good as it used to be and that's based on 3 visits not just 1.

My daughter and I had been out for a day of pampering and it was quite late about 8:20 in the evening and we wanted to eat good food this is not the place if I could add a picture, I would tried on my brussels' sprouts twice they didn't cut the ends off. They were hard as rocks and cold was disgusting. My so-called Reuben with pastrami was like shoe leather. The bread was like stone and that dressing. I don't know what that was, but it was gross the pretzel and cheese the cheese sauce was gritty and nasty. Granite there was another person with me who had salad and chili and was OK but you really can't fuck that up the bill came to $61 and something hell I could've went to a really high-end restaurant with the both of us and ate better than that for that , so disappointed will never be back .

Disgusting! My glass had lipstick on it and the bar tender said it's the cleanest lipstick, no refund no I'm sorry, nothing. Do not go there. If the glasses are dirty so is the kitchen!

I was in there tonight 2/15 i am just sending in a review about the Bartender Megan she was very bubbly and very sweet and always noticed when my glass was getting low and was always there to fill it before it was empty very professional and sweet.

I love this place! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The wait staff is always polite and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun, but not crazy. It is a large restaurant, so even if it looks like it's too crowded, go in anyway - you'll probably get a seat!

Love the jalapeño corn bread and while you are there, try a flight of beers. Always a good choice.

Service has been great each time I've been there. Great beer choices and their Portobello sandwich is great. Get some extra aioli for dipping your fries in. This wasn't always the case, but they have stepped up over the past year so now its a place I recommend.

Great place. Stout was fantastic! Food was great as well! Fun stop on our weekend adventure!

They have an exceptional fish platter, serving is substantial and has always been well prepared.
Cole Slaw side is very good.
