They have items that pair so well with pours from the brewery. I'm a big fan of the lasagne dip and bruschetta.
I've heard they're temporarily closed )once my last visit). That's a shame and I hope they reopen again.

The restaurant is located inside a brewery, which was cool. The food was good, but it did come out sporadically and only parts of our group received their orders in the same timeframe.

A major thing for me was online ordering that gets delivered right to your table.

The staff was super friendly and it seemed like a family owned business.

Overall I would definitely recommend my friends and family to try this place out.

I cannot say enough. This is the best quality food in Centre County. Everything they make is fresh, homemade, meticulously thought-out, and delicious. I'll be driving back again tonight from State College just to pick up dinner. It's well worth it.

This was my first time to eat here.
I ordered a deluxe pizza and my boyfriend got the Pittsburgh Steak Salad.
      Food was delicious.
However, we sat in the very back of the restaurant , and even with our jackets on, it was cold.

Went for the first time. A little confusing because we went to eat at the Blonde Bistro, and I guess they share a business with the Axemann brewery, so it wasn't clear where to sit or how to order. Apparently, if you order alcohol the brewery needs to sell you a sandwich. (Thanks, Gov Wolf)

Anyway, we skipped the alcohol and ordered food. All the food was really good. We had the pork shank, shrimp scampi, and a burger. We should have stopped there, because dessert was a huge disappointment. $8 for a tiny slice of grocery store quality baked goods.

The food is excellent. Pizzas are amazing. The system for ordering is a problem. My wife and I ordered a pizza recently. We were willing to pay $20 after the tip for a thin crust 12" pizza because they are so good. After waiting 45 min with no pizza, I tracked down a server to see what was going on. The person taking the order had the wrong table number. I know I had the correct table number as I checked it with my wife. The place was loud, so I can see where the number could be easily mistaken.

Ended up paying $20 for a dried out pizza that spent an extra 20+ min in the oven. Seems like a problem that could be solved with technology. Server offered no discount for serving a dried out pizza.

On my first and last meal at Blonde Bistro, my food arrived cold, no flatware was available, my wife had the worst bruschetta she's ever encountered, and somehow even the Diet Coke was bad (technically the fault of Axemann Brewery).

We paid far too much money for far too poor a meal and won't make that mistake again.

So we have given this place a few tries since they moved from DT Bellefonte doing reservation only to Axeman, and I have been thoroughly disappointed. Quality has gone way down hill, prices are too high and the customer service is terrible. The Valentine's Day dinner was cold and expensive, Mother's Day brunch is expensive and you get cold eggs, dirty buffet line, and another display of inefficiency and poor planning.

I really wish you had stayed in DT Bellefonte and stuck to the small, funky restaurant vibe with great food and BYOB.

Until they work on quality/food temp and cleanliness, we will just stick to beer and whatever food truck is out front. Not worth the money.

First time here and food was really good. Service was slow but they did say they were understaffed. I had their blue blonde burger - very tasty. The home made burger buns were tasty.

My friend got the cheesesteak; she said it was a little salty.

Covid restrictions are lifting, so that's not much of an excuse for poor service. At this venue, the drink orders and food orders are apparently completely separate. The young man who was our drink server was excellent. However there is no table service for the food. Diners are required to scan the QR code at the table to see the menu, which is not optimized for mobile devices. We were 2 couples at our table, so one of us placed the entire food order on his iPhone so the meals would hopefully arrive simultaneously. The system is klunky, and the menus are hard to navigate.

In 20 minutes, an appetizer was brought to us which was not ours but we ate it anyway. In another 20 minutes, two of the four orders arrived (pizzas), along with another appetizer (it was ours this time but they forgot to include the condiments). Over an hour later, the other 2 entrees still had not arrived. After several trips to "the window " the other 2 entrees finally arrived. It was 8:00 pm- we arrived here at 6:00 pm.

The food was quite good and the beers were as well. However all the food was served in cardboard boxes and to-go containers, even the $20 entrees.

The setup of separate food and beverage services doesn't seem to be working. They need to get their act together before we will come back here again.
