I bought a bike rack at the Liberty Lake store 6/8/2023 Rick the salesperson was awesome. He put the rack together attached to my vehicle and put my wife's and my bike on the rack and adjusted everything. He explained how everything works and was awesome to work with. The price point is right where I wanted to be without breaking the bank. I have bought a bike and accessories at there Spraque store. And service has always been awesome. I live in Liberty Lake and this new store is great. They have a customer for life.

Had to get the bent derailleur repaired and Mark at the Bike Hub was able repair, adjust, as well as check the seat post height for my leg length!
Mark was outstanding in resolving my bike maintenance issues in a professional and courteous way!
Was more than pleased and satisfied with Mark's attention to making sure my derailleur performs the way it should!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kathy E.Greenacres, WA28154May 12, 2021
I really appreciated that I could take a bike that I hadn't purchased there and they finished what I couldn't do: brakes, derailer, gears. On top of that, they did it cheaper than what they quoted me. I trust this shop. They are really great guys!

My wife and I were shopping for a new bike for her. We live in Coeur d'Alene and visited several stores in the region before going to the Bike Hub in Spokane Valley. Once there, we found the perfect bike for her which was priced within our budget and felt it was an exceptional value in terms of build quality and components when compared to bicycles at other stores within the same price range.
Justin and Kyle spent a lot of time with us and were very helpful. They did everything they could to make sure we were treated as valued customers.
We plan on purchasing another bicycle next year and will definitely return to the Bike Hub when we do.

I can't say enough good things about BikeHub, they have a great inventory and if they don't have what you're looking for they'll get it. With a team of professionals and enthusiasts you'll get solid advice, these guys aren't just about selling you as much as they possibly can, they're about community and sharing their (and your) passion.
Their fitting service is top notch, it's the best purchase you'll make for your back and knees. Every Wednesday when the weather picks up they lead a cycling night where a group of people get together and ride 20-30 miles together.
If you're looking for an entry bike, intermediate, or electric shifters and a carbon fiber frame you need not look any further. Great place to shop, and they take care of their customers.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Robert G.Kennewick, WA016Jun 14, 2021
No one answers the phone after calling multiple times and the voicemail is full. If you are not interested in getting business then why even be in business?

Change your google hours if you aren't open on Sunday it's not hard. Drove out of our way to get here for nothing.

I bought a beautiful Trek Emonda demo Bike from Bikehub through Ebay. They gave me an amazing deal on it. Unfortunately, the bike was damaged in-transit by Fedex. The staff at Bikehub, Josh in particular, was incredibly responsive in handling the insurance claim with Fedex and giving me a refund. The whole thing could have been a nightmare since I live all the way across the country in Boston, but it wasn't. I am still sad about the bike, but that was out of anyone's control.
Thank you, bikehub. You have true integrity as a business.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mariah E.Vancouver, WA992Jul 28, 2018
Love this place!! We just moved here from Vancouver and finding a new bike shop was a priority for me. Every interaction I have had with every employee has been great. I got a tune up for a reasonable price and awesome service. When I went to go pick up my bike the employees working remembered me and were quick to help me and make sure I had everything I needed. We rented a bike for my husband which was another great experience. We talked to one of the employees for a good 20 minutes about options for when we are ready to buy him a new bike and the employee was so informative and took so much time making sure to answer all of our questions. Thank you so much!
