This was a yummy Thai spot for us this time around. We had delicious light Thai dishes: drunken noodles with shrimp and massaman curry with chicken. We enjoyed both dishes! The sauce of the drunken noodles was sweet with a touch of spice. Our waitress provided a spice plate with different ways to amp up the hit of our dishes! The creamy curry was delicious, my friend called it "a sauce that you wanted to drink!" Honestly, we probably should have taken the left over sauce and poured it over some chicken at home!
I tried the Thai rum with coke (addictive!!) and my friend had the Pinot Grigio.
I would come back to try more!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 24, 2023
Great food! Great service! Came here while staying at the Hyatt for a staycation in Maryland. Craving Thai food mainly but also love Italian... we ordered all the wing options! The buffalo was spicy, crispy, juicy and delicious! I didn't try the tuk tuk or other option but my friends devoured them!! We ordered a slice of cheese for my 9 yo daughter. She loved it! I got the Thai curry dish with Italian pasta that was recommended by our server! It was perfectly flavored and creamy! I can always use a little more spice but that's personal preference! My friends ordered the spicy noodles with beef and grounded meat with rice dish. The loved it although the spicy one was really spicy! My other friend ordered the special which was pho and didn't enjoy it as much! It's not a Vietnamese place so...she ordered the wrong thing. We got beers for 5$ a pop and wine was cheap too! Overall I'd give it a 4.5. Ambiance is lacking. Is more like a pizza joint. But food was great as that's the main think for me! Definitely try this place!

We read the reviews and we were excited to try ThaiTalian. We had two traditional Thai dishes and unfortunately we were disappointed with both. They were flavorless and the staff couldn't help us scratch the itch. They were busy and I don't doubt there something good in this restaurant, we did t find it. Our dishes were Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. It's a nice looking restaurant and the people kept coming in. Wish I knew what they weee getting.

The experience is now complete! Now that Thaitalian has relocated, the new location is awesome. Everything is new, service is great (for carryout), very clean and with the same awesome food as to be expected. For reference.. I live next to another "pizza" place in town and I walk past it to go get Antonio's pizza. This is the best pizza on the shore hands down.

I usually get carryout and would recommend doing the same. Mainly due to the fact the inside seating does not having great atmosphere and it not being located in a good part of town. The owners are great to talk to and I am happy to support this local business.

I think people expect more out of a small mom and pop outfit when I look at the negative reviews, at least in regards to the service.
We stopped in at lunch time on our way back home from Ocean City on a whim. We stopped in the area to get my wife a more comfortable pair of shoes and decided to find something to eat before we got back on the road.
The only negative I can possibly give is based off the name I expected it to be more of an Italian/thai fusion style restaurant, but instead it's two separate cuisines in one restaurant.
When we went in we found a small restaurant ran by two very nice people and one server. We were greeted at the door and invited to sit wherever we wanted. The server came over and got our drink orders while handling 4 other tables herself. I thought she did a great job keeping up.
One of the owners came out, the same lady that cooks the Thai food, and informed us there is a small kids menu for our 12 year old and our 7 year old they just didn't have it printed. I asked her about the spice level of their food and she said she can make it spicier for anyone who asks, but that the green curry was already pretty spicy.
The kids both ordered "personal" pizzas which were 10-12 inch pizzas. The chef that takes care of the Italian portion came out and wanted to see if we wanted the boys' food before ours or at the same time. We got it before, which was only a couple minutes but plenty of time for it to cool so we all were able to eat together.
The pizza was amazing. Thin, crispy crust. Great cheese and delicious sauce. I was a bit jealous until my chicken curry came out.
The chef was right on when she said it was spicy. It was that perfect level of heat where your satisfied without sitting around with a runny nose and eyes. The green curry comes with your choice of meat, jasmine rice, zucchini, carrots and the bamboo shoots which were all delicious. The curry itself had that nice thin coconut milk broth and was amazing all on its own.
My wife had, and I'm going to misspell this, pad ka prow. It was beef, chicken, and a fried egg over rice with oyster sauce. It was full of flavor and the creaminess of the egg with the drizzle of oyster sauce took it to another level.
I highly recommend this to anyone in the area. If I had to quote one downside it would be their policy on to go cups. They had no problem giving us a box for the couple of slices of leftover pizza we had, but the server said they weren't allowed to give to go cups.
We heard her go back and say something to the man in the back and he must have okayed it because she came out with two cups for our sons' lemonade. So I'm guessing the policy is for people asking for refills in to go cups. Even if they wouldn't have let us break the "rules" this still would have been a 5/5 visit for us. We all left full and happy.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Loretta C.Hanover, MD0272Nov 11, 2023
My family has been to this restaurant a number of times and each time does not disappoint. The food is delicious. Portions are generous. Service is fantastic. The special was amazing If you are looking for something that's not on the menu, ask because the chef may make it for you. We had this experience and were delighted the last time we were there. Highly recommended!

I wish I could leave this place a better review. Really. I generally get excited about fusion restaurants in general and was excited to eat here.
My family and I (seven in total) decided to dine in, which seemed to make the waitress (the owner's daughter?) frustrated. Not sure what that was about.
Environment - Dismal. The lights in the dining room were off. Our table had boxes on it and when we finally did sit at it, we had to wedge napkins under it to keep it from wobbling. The dining area looked like it was not regularly cleaned and there was a large pile of chairs and excess supplies sitting on the next table over.
Service - Not bad, but not great either. We were the only people dining in but we had to keep asking for things like refills and napkins. It's not like we were needy or impatient either, so I'm not sure what the problem was.
Food - TBH, it was all over the place. For instance, two of us had curry and it was really good. The tom kha soup was watery and nearly devoid of flavor despite being a normally VERY flavorful dish. The appetizers were overall a bit of disappointment but the Italian dish my cousin had was delicious!
Another thing that stood out was that they charge for take out containers. Who doesn't that? That's a level of cheap that supposed us all. After spending $135 in-store, you'd think that a few take out containers would be a no brainer.
Overall, a disappointment. This feels like someone got advice on how to operate a restaurant and then didn't listen to any of it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend coming here for a meal. That's sad too, because it COULD be good.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gail J.San Francisco, CA410Sep 12, 2023
Very good food. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. A pleasant atmosphere. This restaurant has moved to a new location recently. But it is definitely worth visiting. Delicious.
