Bottom Line - Unlike my other reviews that are based on the food alone, this review is based on the ridiculous process of picking up online pre-paid orders, and the rudeness of the staff about it. It is a shame that the quality of the employees does not match the quality of the food.
I ordered lunch on Friday, 15 September 2017, via the online ordering tool. I entered my payment information and received the confirmation online. I then walked to the restaurant, and went up to the counter where all the to-go orders were bagged and ready for pickup. I see the bag with my name and order on it; perfect! But the rude gal working behind told me to queue with all of the people who were waiting to order. WHAT?!?!?!
I stood in the queue for 20 minutes while other people were placing their orders and processing their payments. All the while, I saw my bag of hot food sitting on the counter just getting colder by the minute.
The whole point of ordering and paying online is to save time. Thai Thani needs to re-think their process, because I am pissed off that I now have luke-warm food, and it is 100% the restaurant's fault.
We will see if this situation occurs again...Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 29, 2024
I got here early for a lunch meeting. Snuck in an order of the Spring Rolls. Finished them all and had a couple more when everyone arrived. Very good!
The restaurant interior needs some love but traffic was flowing my entire visit. Lots of pick up orders.
I did the Crispy Garlic Chicken. Parts of it were chewy and dry and others were moist and delicious. I asked them to make it as low in spice as possible. If I were to order again, I would raise the spice level. The Panang Curry looked fantastic. Two people ordered it and loved it.
I would come back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 13, 2024
I feel like this place definitely deserves a higher ranking. The drunken noodles and panang curry were so good (spice level 2) and we got both with tofu which was the perfect firmness and crispiness on the outside. The spicy basil wasn't as saucy as I would've liked it but still good!
The portion sizes are also really big and they make your order super fast (it was ready to be picked up in 15 minutes).
Underrated place for sure.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 10157298Nov 3, 2023
I'm not sure why this spot has 3 stars, I just moved to the area and was really craving Thai food so I went to Thai Thani.
The service was really fast and my server was friendly and polite. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and comfy. I ordered food to go but I could sit there and wait for it.
I got the pad Thai and drunken noodles (~$19 each) both were huge portions and very delicious and flavorful. Careful though, I think I got level 2 spice and it was quite spicy but mouth watering so I didn't mindHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Bibi F.Colorado Springs, CO34241Apr 7, 2024

Do not let the bad reviews steer you from here! We always get great service and the food is always delicious.
We normally order the Pad see Ew and the yellow curry, both of which I definitely recommend. They also serve alcohol and the setting is intimate yet playful. I hope you give this place a chance and keep this place open!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ryan O.Seattle, WA07Mar 22, 2024
Ordered through Grubhub and it was terrible - couldn't finish it. Ordered two apps and two entrees and everything tasted like sugar was poored onto it. Their chicken tasted very gamy - either defrosted incorrectly or cooked it incorrectly. Either way, wouldn't order from here again.

Amazing, friendly service! This place is tucked away in South lake Union, and it doesn't seem to get a ton of foot traffic, which is a shame, because it is a solid choice for Thai food.
I came here on a Saturday evening for takeout, and they had me in and out within 10 minutes, and most of those minutes were spent trying to figure out what to order. The staff were friendly, and even brought my food out to where I was waiting rather than calling my name. I got the seafood curry and was really impressed with both the flavor and the amount that I received.
I will definitely be back to try their pad Thai and soup dishes. I am a fan of any restaurant that makes their customers feel welcome. In addition to serving delicious food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vincent M.Boise, ID725Feb 26, 2023
Fresh rolls: ate em so fast I forgot to take a pic :P loaded with veggies, plus the peanut sauce was warm when it came out
Tom kha: very sour, in a great way. Lightly sweet and savory, loaded up with mushrooms. Great with a side of rice
Tofu pad see ew: classic, comes with a bunch of veggies, tofu seems lightly pan fried
Hot garden: a hot plate of sauteed veggies, need I say more?
Got a 3 out of 4 spicy on everything, enough to build up a sweat and a runny noseHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - You Liang L.Changi, Singapore, Singapore04Feb 25, 2024
