The #1 Restraunt in Madison Park. Thai Ginger may have a few locations but this is my favorite. The menu offers all kinds of explosive tasty treats the Thai Gods can offer. Let me state I've never had a bad meal in over 10 years!
Try these dish's:
BBQ meat plates ( pork )
Beef salad ( to die for )
Cashew Chicken
Swimming Rama
The rest is up to your taste buds but I would say stay away from garlic prawn dish. More broccoli than shrimp, so not a fan.
Thai before you buy or just stop by and enjoy.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dea F.Seattle, WA1434Jul 5, 2018
Just okay, I love the online ordering it is very convenient and easy. The food is pretty good, but sometimes the food is not cooked properly and can be too salty.
Overall, it has been an alright experience and will always come back because of the convenient location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 69319662Sep 15, 2015
When I'm in the area it's an easy place to stop by for crab fried rice, fried spring rolls and pad se ew for my wife. For my preference its nothing to special really. Its the convenience and friendliness that keeps me coming back.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I absolutely love Thai food and this was by far the WORST ever! Let's start by saying the food was bland and the waitress was less than impressive. She got almost all of our party's orders mixed up and I ordered 4 star and got 0 stars.
We brought it to the staffs attention that the orders were mixed up and not right and she said- "can I just bring you the spice cart". I kindly agreed because hey, shit happens. BIG MISTAKE!!! The spice cart was infested with drowning fruit flies!!!!! Sooo gross!!!!!!! I again brought it to the staffs attention, this time the manager only to get the brush off. WTF!! No, that's not sesame seeds folks! Indeed, it's a healthy portion of flying protein splattered now all over my rice. Yuck!! We ended up leaving 5 barely touched meals on the table and hungry bellies.
After all this, the bill came and they over charged me by 15 dollars on my portion and 10 on my friends. It was such a mess of a transactions between charging and voiding and over charging AGAIN. Basically, I'd never recommend this place to my worst enemy!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - James H.Seattle, WA1509Sep 9, 2016
Wow ! Hands down the WORST Thai I have ever eaten and I have eaten some Thai. DO NOT waste your money or time. From the wobbly table to the waitress who didn't know what the word gluten means.
Yuck yuck yuck stay away.
Went to Thai Ginger in Pacific Place. Hard to believe its the same chain. It was great. Kyle was our server and he was charming and on the ball. Food was good and out fast. 4 stars for Pac Place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi James -
We very much appreciate your feedback. We have taken it to heart and are working everyday at Madison to improve the food and service. I've mailed out a GC to you. I hope you'll try a different location and maybe even stop by MP in the future.
Take care -

Love the order to go app on their web site! Super easy.
Thai Ginger is a great Thai restaurant. It's been at this location for about 10 years. Great food and service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christine N.Seattle, WA13313845Mar 7, 2017
Neighborhood Thai food. Great for take out as they're fast and customer service is excellent.
One of my favorite dishes is their lettuce chicken wrap dish - light but filling, flavors are there and it's not greesy. All other dishes I've tried are pretty good and fulfilling.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael P.Seattle, WA136Jun 8, 2019
odd. The Thai Ginger website lets you order from here, and it's still posted on their website, but when you walk up its under a different name.
Food was somewhere between adequate and barely ok. Nothing special at all. Flavor wasn't great on some dishes, presentation was just ok, nothing to call out that was special. I'd look elsewhere unless you have very few options.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - DeeDee W.Seattle, WA02Aug 3, 2016
I go to this Thai Ginger once a week with my daughter. Just love the food and friendly waitresses there. But today I had very bad experience. The waitress I've never seen before was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She didn't let us to sit by the window, where we usually sat, while the whole restaurant was empty. Ok, fine, I didn't say anything. Then She stood there with her arms crossed staring at us with a long face after we sat down by the table in the hallway. When I told her the pork was still pink inside, she even didn't bother to take the dish away, just stretched her arm to the table signaling me to give her the plate. When I finally had enough and told her to be nice, she said the cook apologized. I told her the cook was fine, it happens that food is undercooked. The problem is her providing such terrible service!
Very bad experience.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Pam R.Seattle, WA237Nov 14, 2015
This is the worst Thai food I've ever had and the service was the same.
I get tom kha soup almost every time I go for Thai and this was unlike any I have ever had. It looked like milk with mushrooms floating In it with some tasteless rubbery chicken. It was horrible. The red curry was okay except for the same rubbery chicken and they charge extra for rice! The waitress came to the table with a scowl on her face and never came to check on the table after the food was served. I'm new to Madison Park but I'll make the drive to Capitol Hill when I want good Thai.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
