4341741254Aug 28, 2020Updated reviewSplurging this evening with Texas Roadhouse as a reward. This place is always pack so we did the check in with Yelp. However, the app wasn't updated with them. Luckily we were still apply to get in with a minimum wait time.
Mindy, was our server she was very friendly and maintain her PPE on the entire time while we were there. She kept our drinks filled and food came out fresh. Definitely a better experience this time. Also, we received the famous yeast rolls

Oh no 0Jul 1, 2020Previous reviewI guess now that that dinning room is open takeout orders don't matter. I never been a big fan of "TOGO Orders" they seem to always be lacking a touch of care. No bread, No utensils, No condiments.. As we all know they are well-known for the fluffy soft butter rolls that I'm craving right now. With the side of honey butter. I'm not going to mention that I'm missing the sides to my order. No loaded sweet potato or upgraded chili tonight. This was suppose to be a special meal to celebrate my husband birthday today.
All we wanted was a complete meal and Netflix. I guess I'm asking for too much.

Well they said we had to check in again. Really. I mean the hostess was nice and the manager that came o we just upsets me so much I plan to never darken their door again they have way too much business in Gastonia anyway. Oh well

Service was good. Food was all delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there. Liked their way of handling the busy waiting line too.

I had a coupon for a feee onion the waiter Anthony was rarely seen, I know he was busy but he never took the onion off the bill. Probably won't return .

Slow slow service even on a Wednesday night. They tried to dupe us with their side of chili bringing us the large bowl instead of a cup. For a $1 up charge. Baked potato was dry and steak was so so. And music blaring so they can't hear you complain. There are better steakhouse options in Gastonia.

Steaks are delicious when you finally get them, and they don't lose your tables order otherwise you are sitting and waiting forever on your food. About the only thing that has to ever be sent back is once in a while my mother n laws steak cause she wants it cooked medium rare, and chili because it is cold. Waitress is always above and beyond regardless of how busy she maybe.
Our wait time just depends on when we arrive and how I check in. Longest I have ever had to wait has been 45 minutes lately.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
