I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough! In order to save money, I initially tried to sell my house by myself, and although I managed to get a contract very quickly, the process was incredibly stressful. I don't know why you wouldn't hire a discount realtor if you're selling your home. We found Aaron through yelp, met with him, and immediately felt comfortable.
He's a very laid back guy.
He assisted us in selling our home last year. When he came for the first visit, he gave us few helpful suggestions on ways to spruce up the property. He even came back when it was ready to go on the market and took pictures of our property to use on the listing. We took his advice and our home was under contract the first day it was on the market. We sold it a few weeks later. I highly, HIGHLY suggest hiring Aaron if you are thinking about selling or buying a home. He will treat you with the same level of professionalism and respect a "full priced" realtor will charge. He's easy to communicate with and will respond to texts and e-mails within a reasonable amount of time.

Aaron Farmer is the real deal. I live in Chicago and was interested in selling my 4 investment homes so I gave Aaron a call.
