I'd give them ten stars if I could. Had a nasty old ding right on the edge of the body. Was highly recommended by my Porsche dealer, and they did not disappoint. Ted was very professional and made sure this was taken care of the right way. Once I find the ding on my wife's car I'm taking it to them to get it fixed. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for, so if you wanna take a chance anywhere else, go for it, but you'll be wishing you went to Ted's from the start. You've gained a forever customer.

My GLE had a dent along with some small scratches on the side. Ted did a fantastic job which took care of all of that, going above and beyond.

I recently took my Model 3 to Ted's and received nothing but excellent service. I did my due diligence and contacted some other professionals and was surprised to see a few referred me to Ted's because of the scope of the job. That right there speaks volumes to Ted's work and reputation. I had a dent in a weird spot, right on the ridge of my trunk and luckily Ted's made it look like nothing ever happened! Extremely happy with the service and results, fair pricing. I will always recommend Ted's!

Professional, fair-priced, and excellent service. Manny showed up on time, set proper expectations given the seriousness of the dent I asked him to repair, and did a great job repairing that serious dent and a few other less severe dents on my car.

I can't not say enough about how amazing my experience with Ted has been , I was out of town and he drove to my house in San Rafael and repaired 2 dents on my trunk . My car looks like new and he was so kind and articulate and professional. Don't go to any body else he is the BEST!

I have a rare Maserati GTMC that had accumulated some dents over time since I purchased it new. One of the latest was a tricky one as I had rubbed the wheel well on the garage door while backing in. Ted was amazing, came right to my home and got everything back to in perfect condition. Authorized Maserati auto body place wanted crazy money to fix it. Watched him work some, a true experienced professional and someone you can trust with your baby too.

Being the genius I am, I fumbled an aerosol can about 3' above my GT3 and it WHACKED the top of my front fender, right in the middle. Distraught, I reached out to Ted and he worked me into his schedule.

When I dropped the car off, I asked about a couple other imperfections that I didn't think were repairable -- at least according to dent specialists I asked in the past. Well, turns out Ted is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN and not a specialist -- he repaired everything to perfection, and invited me to see the car in the shop in the shop so I can see his work better.

A large redwood tree branch fell from a height of 50-60 feet and hit the fender of my Porsche Cayenne. The dent it caused in the aluminum fender was significant. Ted was able to remove the dent completely. Completely amazing. Ted is a master.

I like to keep an immaculate car and do my own detailing, ceramic coating and I've even dabbled in some glue pulling in the past. I was gutted when my worst nightmare happened - someone dropped a kayak down the side of my parked Tesla leaving three dents in a rear door.

The guy offered to pay out of pocket but I knew major body shops would want to respray and charge thousands. Brooks confirmed as much but recommended getting in touch with Ted. Wanting to keep the original paint this seemed like a great option. Within an hour Ted was taking a look at the car and gave me a straight forward and reasonable quote in minutes and told me it would look like new and I could drop it off in a couple of days. I could tell he was a craftsman and having read his reviews, I didn't hesitate.

I dropped the car off and also asked him to take a look at an additional dent that had been bugging me for a while. Sure enough, the car was ready later that day with the additional dent gone and exactly as he said - as good as new! I was so impressed, I decided to leave my Lexus there and have a few more dents sorted - all of which Ted made disappear!

I can't recommend Ted enough - knowing that his skills and service exist seriously puts my mind at rest!

I had Ted repair some dents in my F150 some years ago and he did a great job. Recently I had a large dent appear in my passenger door of my 2020 F250, left for me by some careless person. The truck has an aluminum body so I was concerned about repair. I contacted Ted at new shop in Pleasanton he works out of, brought it in and an hour and half later it looked brand new! This guy is a craftsman! Brought my sons truck in yesterday for a difficult fender well lip dent repair, and Ted took care of that too!! If you want it done right, text Ted a photo, he will give you a quote back......the thing you know your dents and dings will be gone!!
