Don't expect online customer service to actually be helpful. I asked a question about their sizing and they essentially told me...this is our sizing. Well, that didn't answer my question at all. So I asked another sizing question and got no response.

Since my last review this job has been completed. The process was daunting, and I understand they were going through some technical issues. It took me a few customer service reps to find one that took the time to help me and truly care. I am happy with the way Tonya C. helped me through the process. Also this company's owner has reached out to me which shows me they do care, and I appreciate that. We've had great success with blanks from them in the past and with the way they finally came through in the end I can say I will use them again. The job that caused this whole mess in the first place came out looking GREAT! My customer as well as myself are more than pleased with the final result.

Sizing is always a little off from year to year, especially in their reversible basketball jersey and their baseball pants. Not a huge deal, but then we wanted to use them to actually decorate and ship us a completed, full button baseball jersey. Whoa...never have I had so much trouble using an online design site.
For starters my log in information wouldn't work, finally got some random password so I could get on and start designing. Input 14 jerseys w/ sizes, names, and numbers...chose the front design (with their options to choose from) all I had to do was input the team name and style. A preview popped up and I saved the preview picture to show my customer. A saved the whole order and received an email with a "save code" number. Showed my customer the jersey, which he approved.
I logged (tried to log on) the next day, and my password didn't work again, spoke with customer service (live chat) and they informed me they couldn't reset my password and I was going to have to wait for their IT Department to deal with it..."but try again in 20 minutes"...20 minutes later still didn't work, an hour...nope, 3 hours...nope. Weekend came, tried again Monday morning, nope! Talked to them again, the IT was still working on it. Tuesday, tried again...nope...finally one of the gals on live chat said she would personally call me back when it was ready so I didn't have to keep trying. 2 days later, nothing...so I tried again...TADAH! I can log in!
Now I go to enter my "save code"...does not exist. Talk with customer service...that's not a code we give out, doesn't have the right numbers. Whatever, no biggy...so I input the player names and numbers again, and go to create the front...but the design style no longer exists! I talk to customer service AGAIN...she tells me that style has never been an option. I inform her I have pictures saved and forward them for them to look at, along with the email of my "save code". The gal on live chat said that they received my email and they would look into it.
2 days go by, I call back and get the run around, then finally get someone to help me, but she doesn't have access to the customer service email (the lady who is answering phones for customer service doesn't have access to the customer service email), but she is going to look into it for me and wants me to call her back (for some reason their phones only work one way). So I call back the next morning, and she isn't at her desk so I ask to leave a voicemail...mid way through my leaving a message the phone picks up (I can hear chatter in the background) and then it hangs up and I get a dial tone. So I call back, luckily she was just returning to her desk, so I can be put on hold to get transferred. She has no clue who I am...spoke with her less than 15 hours prior. Finally jar her memory...she informs me after looking at the photos I sent that she has no clue how I could have created that, and she "insured" me I didn't create it on their site...she even goes as far as saying "oh I know what you did, you went to teamsportswear.com and created on their site and got us confused"...so as I am talking to her, I look them up, funny they don't pop up in my search history or my internet cookies doesn't recognize them...let alone their interface is completely different and I have never been to their site. So I "insure" her that no it was their site.
So she is going to have IT look at it. I tell her look, at this point I just wanna get my customer a jersey, if I have to upload custom art I will do that and I will pay the extra money. She says that she will call me today to let me know what she finds out and see if she can't help save some money (clearly she knows their site is messed up). Haven't received a phone call from her yet, log back in to create it myself, upload my own art (which was pretty much the same thing that was once available to me on their site). Success, my artwork was acceptable. Now on to the player names and numbers...AGAIN. Input all the info, go to select the back side of the jersey to choose the font style, click the font style...and wouldn't you know the jersey style (1825B Red - Full button w/ white piping BASEBALL jersey) switches to the back of a FOOTBALL jersey...and I have no way to switch it back. Live chat here I come again...oh look, it's the same gal who was going to personally call me back weeks prior. Sorry, unfortunately she can't help me and I would need to call in and discussed it over the phone. So I tell her I am sorry, this doesn't cut it, done using them...and that she forgot to call me back..."I went to call you back but I didn't have the correct number for you"...really, you can't look up our account with you guys?!?! And before I can say anything else, she types that she sincerely apologizes and then asks if she can help with anything else and then logs off....before I can even answer!!!
