Best service I have ever had! They picked out the glasses for me and I love them! Didn't push me to get anything I didn't want but they did inform me of current sales. Now I want to get sunglasses made

I called and made an appointment, spoke to them on the phone. Without consulting me, they gave my appointment to someone else. When I arrived, after driving for an hour, they spouted garbage about confirming the time. I called and scheduled the appointment, not on the computer. I do not have time to waist waiting for another appointment!!! I confirmed everything when I was on the phone, making the appointment!!!

Got in at the end of the year and although they were busy. I was pleased with my exam and eyeglass/contact purchase.

Their office wrote me an extended prescription during pandemic with a huge mistake on the right eye SPH. Instead of -2.5, they wrote -3.5 with the signature from their doctor Dr.Gage.

Luckily, the store I always made glasses at caught this huge mistake. I left a voice msg and asked the office to review this error and give me a call back.

When called again days later and asked about this error, there was no apology. What they said to me exactly was -- "that's a *SMALL* error" and "we are doing you a favor to extend your prescription".

When a -2.5 SPH erroneously turns into -3.5 SPH, the glassware a customer spends hundreds of dollars on just becomes useless.

Update:
We got an email from their office, starts with "I apologize if there was an error in your script."
IF THERE WAS an error!? Ohh wow....somebody's ego needs to be massaged.

I'd walked in on a Saturday needing nose-pad replacements for three pairs of eye-glasses. Was done in 15mins and there was no charge! Awesome

Dr. Gage was amazing as usual. My son has had vision problems for many years and she is the best doctor we have seen. She takes her time and explains everything. She noticed my son's retinas are lighter than most and that causes him to have a sensitivity to the sunlight. We have been going to the eye doctor for years and no one has caught that. 10 out of 10 recommend her!

Dr. Gage is the best! the best customer service ever! Thank you so much!

Lisa has been fitting me in glasses for 4 years. Lisa and Dr Gadge are the go to people when it comes to perfect vision and fashion in eye wear.

Love that all the staff were wearing masks. They were very sanitary with the office. I loved the idea of when it came time to try on glasses, they had you put them in a white tray to get disinfected before going back on the browsing wall. The optometrist was amazing and definitely listened to my concerns and requests. So happy to have found my a great eye doctor!

My husband and I came here to get new glasses expecting them to be much cheaper than purchasing directly from our regular eye doctor.

Alex was professional and helpful in both picking out new frames and figuring out how we could save the most money with our insurance coverage and Target discounts (make sure to register for Target optical to get a coupon!).

Our glasses came in quicker than expected which was a plus, and Alex also remembered who we were and what glasses we ordered. I assume he sees many people throughout the week so I was quite surprised when he remembered.

He sized our glasses promptly to fit our face and also reminded us that if they don't work, we have a 30 day window to return.

We will definitely return the next time we need new glasses.

I love this place! Wish I started going here a long time ago. It would have saved me a lot of time, frustration, and money. The people that work here are friendly and so helpful, especially Lisa. She was kind and went the extra mile for my son. Highly recommend Target Optical!
