This is a really great paper, a Pulitzer Prize winning paper. An occasional delivery issue should not outweigh the value of the paper.

Missed deliveries at least twice a month.... they credit your account instead of re-delivering,,, actually costs more to go get the paper from Publix then the credit they give you. Quality control is a thing of the past.

The news paper is not worth the money. Delivery is only twice a week. You may or Moy not even get it delivered. You can call for service error, but they will only credit your account.... sports page scores are mostly a day late as they stop the presses around 5pm. Any sports finished after that time, go to ESPN.

Why pay for on line subscription when you can get most news on your local TV or any free web sites.

It is very frustrating to have as many missed papers as I have had. I am always told they will report it to the delivery person or the route supervisor. I have never seen so much incompetence in an organization. The always say they will credit It to my account. I just want my paper not credits

I quit the paper a year ago after having subscribed to the paper for 25 years. Customer service and tech support was among the worst I've experienced with any company. About a month ago I decided to try the paper again. And they did not disappoint. Still among the absolute worst in the tech area. THEY HAVE NO APP FOR KINDLE FIRE!

I have worked for the Times delivering newspapers since 2014. Back then, it was 7 days a week. I had 3 different routes with 800+ papers a night. I had to bag, load and deliver every paper. I was actually making a living and had a nice car to deliver in. They went down to 2 days a week. I went down to 2 different routes with about 300 papers a night. Ever since, my salary has suffered, but I stayed out of loyalty. I had to give up my car and use an older vehicle to make deliveries. Let me be clear, this company does not reimburse for gas used and maintenance. Everything comes out of my pocket. After 3 missed work days, this past year. Due to vehicle breakdowns, I have been terminated without notice. They texted me 9pm the night before my next workday to tell me. There is no communication in this workplace. I have been one of the most reliable workers there. They do not care about their employees/contractors. Half of the contractors stay but the other half either don't show up or they don't last.
They would also mess up my invoices for pay every other week. Idk if they were trying to hide something or if they were taking money that didn't belong to them. They would sometimes put a complaint on our paperwork that was false. We would be charged per complaint.
Plus it's hard for people to stay working here delivering. If you order a pizza, you would give them a tip, usually regardless. Mailmen and garbage men get some tips around the holidays. Newspaper carriers provide a service but yet we don't receive tips. I was going to customer's front door every single day to put there paper there. Yet no tips. I was spending $150+ in gas every week.

THEY NEED TO END THE NEWSPAPER FOR GOOD
KILLING ALL THESE TREES FOR READING MATERIAL THATS GOING TO GET TOSSED AWAY.
PLUS, EACH PAPER GOES IN A PLASTIC BAG..... A LOT OF WASTE FROM THIS COMPANY.
      KEEP IT ONLINE ONLY.

Just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get someone to answer my call during business hours for another missing newspaper. I have been receiving the paper since Nov. 29, 2020, no wait I ordered the paper and received my first paper on this day. Sadly the next week no paper. It seems to me that with delivery limited to 8 times a month, it would be an easy thing to accomplish, I mean down from 30 papers a month. So far, I have missed 10 newspapers and this month, only two weeks in I have missed 2 of 4 and part of the Sunday paper was missing. I have been told in the past that they don't have anyone to deliver the paper, not my problem, but they seem to make it mine or they just don't care. Maybe the Times should do an article on how bad they are, it is sad when your rating so low, you should go out of business.
