Taco Bell

This is definitely the cleanest Taco Bell I've been in.
The food is average for Taco Bell - served sort of warm.
This Taco Bell is always fast and at an easy to get to location with private parking.
This location has not been upgraded in design yet.
They still have all the same menu items.
At one time this location had breakfast - I don't think it is location specific to say the breakfast was bad.
There is some construction currently happening on
Irving park road which can make driving there a little difficult during rush hour.
It's right across from a Target, Jewel, Starbucks, and a gas station.
It's also right down the street from some divey bars which is actually rather convenient. Nothing better than Taco Bell after a night of drinking.
The price is still super cheap and it seems they have more variety of Mountain Dew than you can get in the store.

This used to be my favorite Taco bell until they decided to have the main order taking person not able to understand or speak English. Literally every time my order is wrong... then I have to pull out google translate to tell her what items are missing.

Order is always wrong and no sauce I ask for it check the bag and the young girl at night is either on drugs or doesn't care! Order was wrong before I drove off but she laughed and walked away. Food tasted really bad like it was moldy. Bad management! But no one will read this no one cares! I will never go again!

Don't order at night they either forget an item! Or they give you the wrong item! It's been the 4th time this past 2 months. Get your crew straight and double check the bags before going out the window.

I've been going to this Taco Bell since the beginning of 2019. I've had problems like food tasting old or stale or even reheated. An I usually go to Taco Bell for their fries but, THEIR FRIES ARE NEVER SEASONED. Every time I got their fries there it's never seasoned. I told the manager and he told me they were seasoned. I asked another guy next to me an he even said they weren't.
Overall, don't go to this Taco Bell. Go to the one on Mill rd and Lake st. They are 100x better.

Wow, I cannot believe the manager Domingo at this Taco Bell asked my wife to pull food out of the garbage at our house and bring it to him to prove he got our order wrong!!! Even though the receipt shows he got our order wrong!!!

My wife purchased 1 Naked Chicken Chalupa combo box and 4 Naked Chicken Chalupa (not combos) for our family. They asked spicy or mild and she said mild. They got home and my youngest two kids both took a couple bites before they realized they gave us spicy chalupas and one threw up and the other started gagging. I took a bite and it was hot! I looked at the receipt and the first line item said 1 Mild NK CHKN BX then a few lines below it said 4 Nkd Chkn Chlpa. So they did hear Mild, but only chose to give us the mild one with the combo box.

I called the number on the receipt right after several times, but it either went dead after a while or went to a fax machine, so I called corporate. They said someone will get back to me within 3 business days.

My wife was going to be in that neighborhood again that evening so she stopped in to tell them what happened. The manager said bring the food back and he will refund the money...HAHAHAHAHA!!! She said part of the food is in the toilet, another part is in her kids stomach, and the rest of the food is in the garbage. He told her he will not replace the food or issue a refund until she brings the food back. She said the $12 doesnt mean anything to her, its the fact that they made a mistake and want her to pay for it by driving back home, getting the food out of the garbage, bringing it back, and show it to him for the $12. She then said you would rather lose a customer, get trashed online, risk a lawsuit over my kids getting sick over the $12. Domingo, the manager said yes. I hope he is authorized to speak on behalf of Corporate, because she drew out the road-map and now I am following it!!!

As they say, its not the problem that loses a client, its how you respond to the problem. I hope no one who reads this is comfortable going to a restaurant that is ok with treating their customers the way they treated my wife and kids!!!

Oh my Taco Bell I can't resist you! This is my "go to" location nearest to the house in Wood Dale. I like going here as their turn around of their crunchy tacos shells seems fresher here but also I like their friendly customer service. Drive through and dining in.

They remodeled the inside with a couple of flat screen TVs showing their own shows and the colors reminds me a mardi gras like purples, yellow, black etc.

This location is off of a busy Wood Dale Rd. It's a stand alone with its own private parking.

What I like about this place too is the customer service; they don't rush you as there are many choices off their menu from 8 yes 8 different types of crunchy tacos to burritos, salads, and specialty like their Mexican pizza.

I've tried the following and liked:
Doritos taco supreme, Taco supreme, Mexican pizza, beef taco salad, chili cheese burrito, nacho supreme, caramel apple empanada, cheesy fiesta potatos. Pintos and cheese, bean burrito no onions, double decker taco supreme, chicken burrito.

There are a lot more new items on the menu but haven't tried them all, especially the healthier version Fresco tacos with crisp shredded lettuce, and pico de gallo. The healthier ones I'll get that somewhere else, give me fatty goodness nom nom!

Overall a good experience, again I would come back here for the friendly service.

Breakfast service in the drive-thru is so s-l-o-w. Two cars ahead of me and waited 15-minutes (and still counting). All for two naked egg tacos, two hash browns and an orange juice?

Just left this Taco Bell, without food. I left without food because the opening staff got there late and then proceeded to ignore the people waiting in the drive thru. They didn't even say anything over the speaker or apologize, just turned hid in back. Obviously customer service isn't high on their list.

I think of Taco Bell not really as Mexican food but Mexican flavored stuff. I have been going to this one for 4 years. It was pretty bad for a while but I think they have new people in there. Much better. Plus I think the Taco Bell product is better than it used to be. Anyway you know if you want authentic there are tons of places everywhere nowadays and really some are worse than Taco Bell. When you pull up to the drive thru all you really have to think about is how many hot sauces you want.
