Walked in to ordered, had to do it on a kiosk. The people there were very nice and they took cash. I was glad because I had a $10 bill, ha, ha. I HATE that a lot of places don't take cash anymore.
The place was clean, my order didn't take very long. I ordered the Dorito tacos and they were delicious.
As I left I told everybody thank you for working.

Though they are understaffed

Very good food but slow service. Came in and wasn't seen or awknoledged for about 10 mins.

The blonde with lip piercings that works the window during the day has the most AMAZING customer service! She's friendly, cheerful, helpful, speaks clearly and kindly and she should be recognized for that. I hope her boss sees this!

I bought 3 nacho fries and the screen did show this then i pulled up to the window and after i paid for the food i bought the worker first off didnt tell me how much change i was getting or give/offer a receipt. then everything was stuffed into a taco bundle box, i was missing 2 fires so i pulled around again and was told i did not buy 3 nacho fries, like said before the screen did show 3 and she read back 3. asked for a managers name and the worker rolled her eyes and walked away, i sat there for a few minutes before finally she came back and i was told "you can call the store tmro and talk to the gm, my manager isn't comfortable giving you his name, its his personal information and he doesn't have to give it to you" this is very disgusting to me as a fast food worker.

This location has major issues. Most weeks at least one or two days, I show up and the dining room has closed because employees don't show up (I am assuming). They only work drive thru when that happens. It pisses me off and I go somewhere else. If dining room closed, I am not going there that day period. The owner needs to get their act together and get the place in order. I work in Sullivan and am stuck with the miserable line up of below average restaurants so having one drop out as seriously bad is a huge loss. Sullivan needs a complete makeover for restaurants.

Tried to go through the drive through while the dining room was literally closed due to coronavirus, and I waited for like 45 min for 3 damn tacos. People in like in front of me gave up before ordering. I thought the wait would be fast once I ordered and was so wrong. Terrible service. How can a fast food place be THAT slow?!?! Without anyone even in the dining room???? Also the pico on the fresco style tacos I ordered had no flavor. I get this at other Taco Bell's so I know what it should taste like. This was just basically some tomatoes with no seasoning or flavor. If I was the franchise owner here, I would be firing some people. Your employees are not running your business well.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. I ordered 3 tacos without cheese and sour cream because I cant have dairy, and they did it wrong. Took it back inside to have my order done correctly, and was told they weren't going to redo my order because they were "too busy". Umm, I paid 10$ for no sour cream, no cheese, and you won't remake it because it takes too long?? Straight up BS. I ended up handing my food to a stranger. I waited in line to have my food done right, but obviously they don't care about their customers because they'll tell you tough shit if they do it wrong, because they already have your money. I'm telling you, do NOT go to this Taco Bell, save your money.

I usually love Taco Bell, so I was very unhappy when I discovered that this Taco Bell was nothing like the others.they messed up our order. We ended up not eating half the order. BUT at least they got half right I guess?
