They will forget something in your order. The Baja blast is flat. My crunch wrap is burnt. Sometimes they close at 11pm.

When i came to this Taco Bell they were busy. It wasn't late at night but they may have been short staffed. Nonetheless everyone was nice and my food was hit and enjoyable. I wasn't expecting a blow my mind meal but this was an experience worth writing about. This particular establishment just got a remodel and it made for a better ingress and egress, no more risking your life for a burrito.

I'm very forgiving but every time I have been here it been the same thing, away forget some or make it wrong, but seriously they need new management there management is awful there should be no reason someone has this many bad reviews on there restaurant they need to fire a few people there, and god forbid you say something about your food being wrong they throw a tantrum like grow up and do your fucking job. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! You're better off going somewhere else same your money and time.

i would leave a lower score than 1 if i could, have been to this place 3 times now and everytime ive been they get my order absolutely wrong. this time the rice was under cooked and about half the size it usually is. the workers are rude as hell, overall bad.

This Taco Bell is awesome. Always quick, nice, and good! I live closer to the Taco Bell on north bend by 74 but come to this one instead.

i went to the taco bell on north bend and colerain and asked for fresh potatoes dropped. i pulled around and paid for my food and she gave me my food right away. so i checked the potatoes and they cooked with hot cheese. so i asked her if she could drop me some. with a whole attitude she said those just came up and that's why i didn't drop any those just came up. she snatched the potatoes so i went in to make sure nothing was done to my stuff. as i got my stuff i made a statement as i was going out. the big fat black manager comes out looking like a whole sumo wrestler followed with two other employees and said what you say. please don't go to this taco bell your food won't be hot and you may go to jail if you have a problem with your food and have something to say about it. they will come out and call you bitches and hoes and give you the middle finger. unbelievable!!!! i threw that food right in the parking lot. i don't want to be poisoned. i'll never go to another taco bell and if you were smart you'd make your own or find a taco stand. i promise they will appreciate your business.

If I could put lower I would, I never knew someone could make a simple order so wrong MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE ORDERED ONLINE FROM HERE AND THE FOOD IS NEVER CORRECT. Then you call up to the store and they answer and just act like they can't hear you and then hang up. Ordered 2 cravings trios didn't receive any of the food for either one, ordered one beefy, five layer burrito, and did not receive that either, one beefy melt burrito, one crunch wrap supreme one beef Chalupa, and one nacho Doritos, Locos taco and I didn't receive any of it and the three things I received were a black bean burrito and two black bean Chalupa's. I didn't even order that. We received the Cinnabon 12 pack and a Baja blast that you can tell was strictly carbonation. I will never ever as long as I live ever spend another dime at this place. It should be condemned. 0/10 do not recommend. I'm warning you seriously don't do it. A waste of money and time.

I've never left a review but this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. The employees are extremely confrontational and I waited 30 minutes for food in the drive thru. I wouldn't go back here id my life depended on it.

The worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had ten-fold. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through just to be greeted with another 30 minutes of sitting in the parking lot. Turns out they forgot about me and I had to wait another 30 minutes. The food I did receive was cold. They forgot half my order and for some reason they thought I liked my tacos with only tomato?

So me and my friend went through the drive through on 11/19/22 about 8 almost 9pm. We got 2 of the $5 boxes. That means drinks are included correct? Okay, it also said cinnamon twists OR nacho fries. Now, we get to the window the total was 12 something, we're like why when we just got the $5 boxes. They say oh we charge $1.69 for the drinks excuse me?? How when it says drinks are included how does that work. It doesn't. If yall wanna make more money just say that OR change yalls signs on the drive through menu because it definitely says drinks included and cinnamon twists included but yall say cinnamon twists don't come with it what if I don't want those nacho fries, what if I did want the cinnamon twists? Get it together taco bell. Train yalls employees AND managers the right way so you won't have so many complaints. I can't count the number of times I've ordered from you all on door dash and my order was messed up, it's ridiculous. This is why I stopped coming to this taco bell anyway.
