Taco Bell

Ok. Let me give you the step by step after a general review.

I go to Taco Bell's all the time. I love some Taco Bell. I have been to many. These folks were the rudest and just most unfriendly staff I have ever seen. Food was below usual Taco Bell quality as well.

We came in with 4 people. Two can't sit in high tops. So there is only two tables that we can sit at. One all the way in the back. So sat in the only one in the front.

I sat down. The other three went to the bathroom. Someone was mopping the floor with no wet floor signs. So the girls came out to a wet floor. The person mopping put the bucket right next to the chair where you could not get it out on the other side of our table???? I had to move it so rest could sit down.

We did. Then she started mopping almost under our feet. ??

Then we got our food. No less then three times did this same person with a scowl on her face did she come sweep under our feet WHILE we were eating. It was the strangest thing. Not once saying a word. Just seemed pissed off the entire time.

I would never walk back in there. Just plane terrible behavior by the staff.

My wife went there this evening to order one Mexican pizza for my son and it took 25 minutes. Sadly, this place was very disorganized and really didn't care about customers because they were a lot of people that were upset and disgusted at how poor the service was.

The franchisor should turn a take a look at their franchisees regularly and if they are not performing at a certain level, they should be penalized

Poorly run franchises, give the brand a bad rep.

I stopped by to try the new Cantina Chicken menu 03/26 for lunch. Decided to order the Crispy cheese Chicken Fancy as advertised Taco. It was my first item on my tray. I opened the nicely wrapped taco. Took a look. Outside was nicely toasted with shell and mixed cheese. I take a look inside to squeeze the avocado hot sauce packet. I see 1/2 inch high x the 4 inches in bottom of the taco shell No other inside ingredients. BARE! 5/6's of the Taco shell EMPTY!!!! Looke cheap, shame. What a terrible value. A bad Product period!!! OVER HYPED Crap. The chicken was dark meat and finely shredded! Bad News. I will go to Del. They know how to come up with a winner chicken product. This one SUCKS!

This is really annoying I am this franchise needs to get their stuff together. There's customers sitting out here 1520 minutes and the cook is arguing with the cashiers. This is not OK this needs to be fixed.

I had to give my order back. Kids don't listen food not right and cold I won't be back. Refuse to pay for incompetence

I wanted to give a SHOUTOUT to the young man at the Taco Bell by Canyon High School.

1st He was so cheerful and greeted customers as they walked in. He was very attentive as he took the orders. Then as I was leaving I made a comment that the little Christmas tree looked adorable with the creative decorations. I asked
if this was his idea and he said it was. He mentioned that they only had a few store bought oraments, then got creative by adding the taco bell salsa packets and a few other creative items he found at the store.

These are the little moments that make Holidays super special! A big THANK YOU to the young man for wanting to bring holiday cheers to our community!

Disgusting place do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place has very bad service and the food was rotten I have not been to Taco Bell in 10 years and this will be the last and final time I ever go to taco barf bell

Usually this Taco Bell is great. But they had a new guy training. I have patience and understanding for new hires anywhere, but I literally watched the trainer watch the trainee make a mess of my 2 burritos, they just grabbed a new piece of paper and wrapped it up and gave it to me. I have never left a review on yelp anywhere but the carelessness just got to me. I ate it with a spoon.

I went to Taco Bell and waited patiently for 20 mins for my order of food. I repeated that I don't eat meat and that I don't want any sour cream and beef.
I said I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat meat. The worker clearly stated no beef. It said on the credit card all the correct info. It was the kitchen that dropped the bomb.

I come home and now I can't have any dinner. I call at 8:10pm and saw they are closed. Not one person or manager to pick up the phone. I wanted to speak to the person in charge so I can come back tomorrow. I'm leaving this review so I can show this to your location. I'm trashing these.

Today's review is only on the service I received yesterday around dinner time. I walked in and just happened to be the only one there and ordered my food from the register. A couple parties came in with online orders, and was given their food before me, which is perfectly fine. Then a person came in and ordered from the register, and was waiting just like me. Another person came in to pick up an online order, but it wasn't ready. Seven minutes later, the person who ordered their food from the register after me received their food before me which I thought was kind of odd as I ordered minuted before her. Maybe I'm being lame maybe I'm not but shouldn't it be first come first serve? Either way, I won't be going back there for a while...it's just Taco Bell anyway.

There was sharp plastic in my food. I didn't realize I ate it until I threw it up later. Cut me up inside I threw up blood along with the plastic. Looks like the corner of a bag that might have had cheese or lettuce in it.
