Taco Bell

Came in today and was waiting on by "Stevie". Thoughts of Knicks comes to mind. Floors are clean, so is the doors, sofa station, condiment and napkin area.

I ordered the chalupa cravings deal. Didn't ask about a side of red sauce from the last visit. But had a decent time. It's Taco Bell. Save your vitriol for something else more worthy.

Otherwise, consistently mushy and to my expectations.

The manager (white lady, 200 lbs, tons of piercings) is one of the most slithing, fake, b*tchiest people I have ever come across. They got my order completely wrong then she comes out and blames it on me. The cashier didn't give me a receipt so I made her print it and she explains to me that I ordered wrong. Um, maam turn around and look at the menu, I said the number of what I wanted, YOU are wrong. She is degrading and SO unprofessional. With that attitude she needs to be at the MVD. On top of that my tacos that were WRONG were insanely soggy, I tried to eat them right when they came out. The meat fell through the bottom of the shell instantly. The burritos were hard and the beans were DRY. I threw it all in the trash after one bite. $20 down the drain. That lil girl is lucky I've worked on my anger otherwise I would have come across the counter and done something.

While the food iteself is standard taco bell affair this location has the smallest portions I've ever seen from a taco bell.

Seriously, like order a soft taco? mine were like 85% tortilla and 15% filling, lettuce, tomato, cheese etc. It was sad. actually maybe it was more like 90% tortilla.

Anyway, the location on montgomery has the same quality but is WAY more generous with the portions.

edit: just finished my meal. ordered 2 spicy potato tacos and 1 bean burrito extra red. cold tortillias that were stiff and cracked so sauce ended up on my hand for the tacos.

Skimpy tacos. First time this has happened to me. Probably the last time I come to Taco Bell. Location: Wyoming and Academy.

Ordered food, my order was not made right. Literally missing 3 ingredients in 2 of my items. They didn't give me a receipt. I went back to get my food re made and they said they could not because I didn't have my receipt. Not to mention the guy I talked too said "my co worker James forgets to give receipts and we try to remind him", "I remember you coming through". Okay?! Then why can't you remake my order if you remember me coming through the drive through not even 10 minutes ago and some how can't find my receipt with all the others "James" forgot to give out?
Tried calling them and no answer, what's the point in having a phone if they're not going to answer it. Couldn't get my money back either. This will be reported to corporate.

They literally always mess up our order! I never get what I paid for so I'm always just wasting money there. They have never given me a refund and they NEVER answer their phone to address the issues. Just don't go, go to a different location. The staff is so rude.

Worst drive-through in the entire city. This drive-through always takes about 7-10 minutes to fulfill each drive-through order. So, if you see seven cars in front of you, prepare for a long wait. My order was basic - 4 crispy tacos. It took 8 minutes for them to make that once I got to the window after a 48-minute wait in the drive-through. The girl asked me three times what sauce I wanted and still put the wrong sauce in the bag and only gave me two packets. Really? Can you not even give me one packet per taco? And no apology for the long wait. Take your taco business elsewhere. This location has a long history of issues, and everyone has the same complaints about the drive-through. The franchise does not care and the owner does not care, it will never get fixed.

The new chicken wings from Taco Bell are yummy. I have gotten them at the Wyoming & Academy location, and across from UNM on Girard. Try 'em !

At Taco Bell location 5801 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque New Mexico, a girl with a ton of face piercings and pink hair (Myra) decided to cuss around after getting my order wrong 3 times with my kids in the car. All I wanted was to get the food I ordered and paid for, and after correcting her 3 times she got really nasty. After hearing her yell "All because of a f*cking cheese sauce", the girl at the window dejectedly said "yeah she's my manager", I asked what the manager's name is and I was told her name is Myra. Not sure how Myra is running the show there if she can't keep her mouth clean enough to handle an order, we were first in line to order and to the window. I feel bad for the girl working the window, she's always nice to my wife and we never have a problem with her. I'm not sure what the girl working the window's name was but she deserves a better manager, I feel for her. It was clear the manager may be a tyrant based on how scared and dejected the girl at the window sounded. I made sure to let the girl at the window know that she was not the problem and the problem was Myra. Really unacceptable and sad manager at this location.

Awful service when we got there there (before 8:00pm) drive through hours clearly state 7:00am to 12:00pm. We were asked if we had a online order or a door dash and of course using the drive through we did not. Then we were told they are closed. If there was a sign that stated this BEFORE going through the drive up I wouldn't be upset. We were then told to wait in line because we couldn't back up and the line goes "quick". Thankfully the person behind us was nice enough to let us back up instead of waiting in their slow line. GO TO A DIFFERENT TACO BELL. By far the worst service I have ever experienced and that's a low bar. Side note we went to a different Taco Bell and actually got great service.
