My boyfriends mom and sister took me here for a little...antigravity yoga! I was definitely nervous since I'm so very clumsy, but the teacher was understanding and helped me out a lot. She had to drop the cloth hammock down a foot or two due to my 4'9" self. That's really the only way to describe it...a cloth hammock. We went to the relaxation class and that's exactly what it was, relaxing. My back stretched out in ways I had no idea it could! Oh the new realms of flexibility I experienced.
We stared out with some easy stretching and then hung upside down! So much fun. Our instructor was so patient while we were doing the more difficult moves.
Next we laid on out mats and did some more back stretches. I have some back issues from work so this was especially awesome for me. I feel like this is something I need to do all the time! I'm wondering how comfortable my boyfriend would be with fabric yoga.....hmm....Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 9, 2014
As a Christmas gift and wonderful surprise, I was brought to the anti-gravity yoga class! I was so excited when we walked into the room with the hanging fabric, I knew it was going to be one hellava experience. The instructor was kind, understanding and thorough. She let us feel welcome and even if a pose was difficult to get into, she waited patiently and didn't call out anyone in front of the class. The poses were done inside the fabric, cocoon style, and also intertwined between stretches and a few upside-down (if you're comfortable with that position). The room held about 8 people, industrial ceilings, wood floors, natural lighting, mirrored walls.
Synergy has yoga mats in case you don't bring your own, and you are instructed to wear a long sleeve, fitted shirt and yoga pants. We were also barefoot, which I loved and the music was very relaxing. I will have to find one of these classes in LA :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 102566353Nov 12, 2013
Anti-gravity yoga was a blast! It was fun, challenging, and relaxing. The class size is small (set number of hammocks) so there is a lot of personal attention.

Loved it! Everyone was incredibly nice and very welcoming , my massage therapist , Angi was extremely knowledgable in treating and diagnosing the shoulders issues I was having. I can honestly say I feel 10x better from a 30 minute session, I rebooked for next week! I liked the vibe and felt extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, very excited to return!

Would have loved to try this place but I was never even able to make an appointment.
One afternoon I was trying to book a massage appointment online and their system was not working correctly (not displaying the month). So I decided to call and make an appointment over the phone.
A female answered the phone and I said "Hi, I was trying to make an appointment online and something was going wrong, I was wondering if I could make an appointment with you?"
Her answer, "Mmm yea, I'm busy right now"
I said "Ok". And she said "Ok bye". OK BUY!!!! No, "I'm sorry I'm busy with a client could you please call back in 5/15/30min". No, "I'm sorry the online system wasn't working, I'll try to see what's wrong and you can try making an appointment later tonight".
Just "Ok bye". Based on the service I got trying to make an appointment on the phone I figured this place is not worth my time of money.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shyam N.Cleveland, OH2894125Sep 27, 2016
Robyn is amazing and really knows what she's doing unlike some other massage places I've been to. She explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. The atmosphere is very casual and conversational. I've had chronic neck issues and it helps to have a place that really understands whats wrong. Wish I'd found this place earlier!

I came in for tightness/irritation with my IT Band and Angi was very knowledgeable and did a great job starting to fix my issues. The place has a cool/chill vibe. Very happy with my first experience and I'll be back for sure!

As an athlete, I go to Synergy to help aid in recovery from training and competitions. In addition, I also find that I hold a lot of stress in certain areas of my body. Synergy is able to target what is causing the pain and help me find relief. I really appreciate that they are also educated and experienced in several different techniques of massage thus being able to use a combination to help my body function properly again. 5 stars!! Highly recommend!!

I love the antigravity yoga. All the instructors have different teaching style. The first class got me hooked.

Best massage in town! My wife and I go once a month and it keeps us feeling great! Ask for Stacie. They also offer Yoga, sell essential oils and have the areas only cryogenic chamber. I here it is amazing though I've not tried it myself. Many of the Cleveland Browns rely on synergy to keep them feeling good and it's easy to see why. Check it out!
