Definitely not what I expected...tables are sticky, it has a smell of either old or dirty but it's not a very pleasant smell especially for a place you eat at. The fruit was old and brown. Three of the yogurts were out of order. It was for not a good experience

I was really shocked to walk in to this place and see how much it has deteriorated. The Formica seating area is chipped off. The tables were dirty and had not been cleaned from previous customers. One of the yogurt samples I tried was spoiled. There was one person working who looked like he didn't want to be there. The price we paid for 3 small size cups (with varying amounts of product in them) on the scale was $33!!!! Very disappointing as we used to come here more often in the past.

Amazing place , service was awesome . Very reasonably priced. Best tasting frozen yogurt ever.

I just went in today and this place has really gone downhill. It's is DIRTY and customer service is lacking/absent. There were customers already there when I arrived and they were waiting for someone to ring them up... an employee finally come out from the back on her phone. The restroom had no soap and no paper towels!!! I told the lady working there and she said she would check but I didn't see her go back there. Such a shame.

This place was terrible, we walked in and the storefront was dirty. There was no visible employee while we figured out what flavors to get. There were 4 machines that were out of order and two of the functional machines did not have any frozen yogurt. The employee finally surfaced to sweep the floors but did not greet us at all.

Really disappointed by the experience.

All the frozen yogurts have a weird/nasty after taste. The workers were on their smartphones the entire time. Barely useful or attentive to customers. Low quality food & experience. Best to take your money somewhere else.

Giving two stars for the selection of toppings. However the froyo - cookies and cream - was icy with a weird artificial flavor. On top of that, our total for two small cups(my boyfriends pink cup was to the top, mine was only about half) was $20. Like... what?! I could not believe it. I was trying to go light on mine too. I've had froyo hundreds of times and have never had my own bowl top $7 even bigger than this one. I don't mind paying for quality.. sweet frog just doesn't have it.

Oh, and don't get the "Reese's". They taste like peanut butter chalk.

Just down the road is creamistry.. marble slab.. great quality for less.

I will not be back.

They never have blueberries!

That makes my heart sad.

They are also more expensive than your other frozen yogurt shops.

But excluding those factors - I always have found parking when I visit. The lady behind the counter does greet me, and they do allow you to try samples of the yogurt. The store is always clean and the presentation of the toppings is always on point.

They just never..ever..have..my..blueberries!

Well-stocked toppings! The froyo here is a little less creamy than what people might be used to at Yogurtland or similar places. Many of their flavors are no sugar-added or low fat.

I come In And she says that she has to put the toppings . so I ask her if she was going to wear gloves and she said yes and then I asked so why can't I wear gloves and do it myself. You guys have no one here. No one is lined up getting this yogurt especially for this place to not let customers put on gloves. That's the whole experience. This was the worst experience.
