Ordered online, they don't send tracking, try to call for it, and no one answers the phone, called several times. I will never order from this place again. Their customer service is no where to be found.
I will continue ordering from see's candy from now on.

Customer service is good, the dark chocolate is awful. The cheap suoernarket brands are better, and less expensive, For better quality, try Mrs See's Candy based in California/west coast. While you pay for shipping, it is far superior
chocolate.

Our family has always loved and supported Sweenor's Chocolates with our business. Yesterday my granddaughter stopped by with a small box of Sweenor's Chocolates for her mom and me. Imagine my surprise when she told us she had to pay extra for the small heart-shaped boxes to put them in, and, extra to select the truffles she wanted to go in them! This is carrying things too far! Up the overall price if you have to but stop nickel-and-diming your customers!!!

When you walk in you can smell the chocolate and it reminds of being a little kid. So much fun to shop here at the holidays and they have lots of ideas for stocking stuffers and more. The best chocolate fun gifts are the chocolate covered Oreos decorated for Christmas. I usually buy them in packs of three for stockings or as little thank you gifts. It's insanely busy at the holidays, of course. But who doesn't want a dark chocolate Santa lollipop or a bag of Carmel popcorn or a huge gift basket full of treats?

Used to love Sweenor's Chocolate in Wakefield, RI. For many years, our go-to spot for Valentines Day, Mothers Day,anniversary celebrations, etc. A little overpriced, but still quality product. Well they now have a new policy is ridiculous. They now refuse to wrap their products unless it is over $15.99. I questioned this policy and the salesperson was adamant. I then said to her that I was buying two boxes that cost $14.00 each and asked to wrap them together - a $28.00 total. She refused and said that's against company policy. Then finally I asked if I could pay her to wrap the gift and again refused. She looked me and said - well, do you still want them? I said to her - no, but I needed a gift. I'll take them. So sad, I was the only customer in the store and there was no shortage of staff - it's a shame when you lose the small town , neighborly attitude!

I ordered online and enjoyed the variety they offered. The checkout experience was fast and easy, and I received my order in a matter of days. The best part is the product itself! So delicious, and they taste like homemade. Amazing!!

This is an absolutely fabulous, high quality chocolatier whose main store is in Wakefield with a nice satellite store in the Garden City Shopping Center in Cranston. I have tasted a lot (too much!) of their chocolates. None disappoint. But my serious addiction is to their white chocolate bark. Usually broken into large and small sized random pieces they sometimes just cut them up into evenly sized squares. It's the best white chocolate I've ever had. It's not cheap little melted candy pellets bought from a craft store (or a little white pellet wholesaler!). I can taste the difference. I know white chocolate is probably not real chocolate but whatever ingredients are in it, it's obvious it's high quality. The bark is also offered in dark chocolate and I think milk chocolate. So. While that's my "thing," they also have dozens and dozens of other types of candy. Mostly chocolate. And all homemade I believe. I was in their Wakefield store tonight purchasing Valentines Day gifts, and it IS a holiday weekend and it WAS ten minutes before they closed, (my bad!) but while the service was great, the checkout lady acted as if she didn't get out that door at 5:30 the world might come to an end. I do attribute this to the Valentine's Day rush and my tardiness of starting my candy shopping. I'll check it out next time to see if it's a pattern. I do like friendly folks in stores that I patronize. But the candy is soooooo good, I guess I could just go to Garden City. This candy is really great. Try some. You'll love it!

The perfect place for buying a gift for someone with a sweet tooth. The store in Narragansett is gorgeous, clean and has tons of parking. There's a huge variety of chocolates to choose from but there's also licorice, lollipops, Jordan almonds, hard candy, jelly beans etc. I went to buy candy for Father's Day and my dad was thrilled.

Perfect Gifting for the holidays. Originally sent stuff out through their online store. Everyone I sent chocolates to raved about how delicious they were, so I went in to check them out and it's such a cute shop. Most importantly, really great sweets!

I ordered 2 boxes of sugar-free chocolates online for a Christmas present I never received them.I contacted Lisa and she said that they were delivered I never received them I go on ups proof of delivery and it is saying that it was only delivered to City and State not my address and it was left on porch which I don't have a porch I contacted her she would not help me with the matter and was rude she said I had to file a claim with UPS. She would not send out new chocolates..She told me to order again I told her but these were already paid for she wanted me to pay again. I have never in my life had to deal with terrible customer service. I will never buy from this company again. She never went right into proof of delivery page she sent me just saying where it was supposed to go. Very Very disappointed in this company
