My mom had a family of raccoons living in her crawl space. The raccoons were really smart and tried to avoid the traps. But Steve was relentless he came out to her house multiples times to check everything and make sure everything was safe again.

Steve @ SWAT Pest Control is a Godsent. He came, and within minutes, he knew exactly what the problems were. He set the trap, and within 24 hours, caught the rat that's been making lots of noises between the walls. He knew exactly where to set the trap, and what food to use to attract them. His rate is so reasonable, way lower than anyone I've talked to in the past. I highly recommend Steve for rodent control!!!

My associate and I met with Steve regarding a couple of bats residing in a deck structure at an apartment building. Steve was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful sharing a process to humanely correct the problem and prevent them from returning. He also noticed with had several wasps nest and again shared the process to correct the problem. I tired to pay Steve for his time and travel, but he refused. Steve really likes his work and is a great resource! He is the best!

Steve is amazing! Light sleeper here, the rat scratching noises above in the attic were driving us crazy. Every contractor that had come failed. Within *5mins* Steve, using a lady's mirror, walked the foundation, no gaps. Then he eyed the deck, grabbed an electric screwdriver, pulled the board up... there's your problem, poor construction, no grout around the sewer pipe, a gap, big enough for a rat. As he said, they exit to get water and return. Once the hole was grouted over (by him), no more sleepless nights. His price was absurdly reasonable, no pay till problem resolved.

If you need critter removal , Steve @ SWAT is your guy. He's done a great job handling our urban Racoon/Opossum problems. They brought out a trap with a couple of days from our plead for help and they're really good about coming to pick the pesky critters up. Highly recommend them!

They are the best, very professional and are super about follow through and returning if needed. The are very nice people, husband and wife team, and VERY RESONABLE. I got a quote at 5Xs their price from another company in Los Gatos just to come out-the starting service charge. I think there is a lot of price gauging going on-whatever the traffic will bear. Not this business, the are a 5 star business.
