Supreme Real Estate currently manages a property of ours.  From the very beginning, Irina was extremely proactive, professional, and knowledgeable about the rental market.  Because of her diligence, we got our condo rented in less than a month (in a slow market).

After one year of Supreme Real Estate's services, I can only continue to speak highly of them!  They are quick to respond, well organized, and keep the interests of both the landlord and tentant in mind.

As a comparison, we use a different management company for a property we have out of state....Supreme Real Estate is by far a better operation!

    I highly recommend their services.

I was renting a house in Brentwood for 9 years, half of those years the owner worked with Roque & Mark which were professional and great, then they changed it to Supreme Real Estate and it was a disaster.

They are not professional and not reliable. When it was time to move out I gave them the my notice a month in advance and scheduled the move out date. They took their time in responding to my emails, when they finally did they did not communicate properly, the guy that came to do the walk thru left and said he would come back about a week later, which again was communicate to them, and then the landlord tried to charge me for one week rent even though I had moved out on time and paid my rent, did everything I should have done properly, but since their guy couldn't come out I was penalized, are you kidding me??  I had taken care of the that property perfectly, spent my own money to paint it and clean the carpets, the owner Valerie never invested any money in that house for 9 years.

In the end she (the owner) and Supreme Real estate did NOT pay back by security deposit. It is so incredibly UNFAIR how these landlords and these agents in the middle treat their tenants. Even though I paid rent on time for 9 years and left the place exactly how I rented in since day one they did not pay back my $3000 deposit and worst they even tried to charge me an additional $1500 for normal wear and tear.

I'm disgusted in our system, these people think they can take advantage of innocent citizens, with these ruthless games.

Currently in the process of going thru small claims court, but I'm feeling helpless and not hopeful this is going to end well for me and my family.

They are horribly communicators, unorganized, flaky and shady to say the least.
I can tell even some of the staff there knows they are doing things that are not right but I'm sure it's coming from the upper management. They are creating a horrible reputation for themselves and aligning themselves with thieves that steal from innocent people. It's wrong on all levels and I'm going to do everything in my power to expose their unethical practices.

Be aware and stay away if possible.

Just for reference, I signed a 12 month lease and I intend to keep this review current and update it throughout the year.

The application process to rent wasn't terribly painful, supreme was nice enough to approve my housemates and I (with our parents cosigning) despite the fact that we all just graduated and didn't have jobs. Elsa was mostly responsive throughout the application process, she kept me updated on who had what submitted and paid for. So far, Elsa is the most competent person I have encountered within Supreme Real Estate.

The move in process was different, not very fun or convenient. A gentleman who I believe was named John helped us move into our home and gave us the grand tour. He was entirely unprofessional, he even took a call from his sister while showing us the house and proceeded to joke that he was actually doing a drug deal instead of showing houses. Many things were broken, damaged, or just unclean. The toilet in the guest house had not been washed, there was dust on a lot of fixtures and any surface that wasn't reachable from a standing position. The stove was missing a hood and the garage door was missing a motor--both things that we were assured "were not supposed to come with the house". When faced with a complaints or questions about the terms of the lease or what could be repaired, John's response was usually, "You know, you don't HAVE to move in. You haven't signed the lease yet." It seemed more like a game of hardball negotiation rather than working with an agent who wanted to make sure we were happy.

I'm still disappointed with the terms of the lease. The grace period is minuscule (3 days) and late fee is incredibly high (5% of the rent). This is my 3rd time renting in LA and the first time I've dealt with terms like these.

In terms of rent payment, they have an online payment portal but it hasn't worked for me. My housemates have all finished their payments in short order but I've had repeated problems on different browsers trying to complete my rent payment. I've been trying to get this figured out for the last few days and my emails have gone unanswered and my calls unreturned. I really hope they don't decide to wait till the end of the grace period to help me get the payment in...

Lastly, the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. I believe Yuri was the man who came to fix all of those things broken (upon us just moving into the house). The first time he came, he addressed half of the things on the list, left a mess wherever he went, then left with the job unfinished. He constructed some replacement screens for the guest house (both of which have since popped out and I've fixed myself) and left all of the supplies he used to make them scattered on our back patio. He sanded my housemates door so it would close properly and then left a pile of shavings on our hardwood floor. When he had to return to finish the job he left without telling us and, yet again, without finishing every task we requested. Eventually we just decided to fix the rest of the things ourselves and not deal with him.

Our house is nice and I'm thrilled they approved us after only rejections before. But some of their employees are incredibly unprofessional and the lease terms are pretty harsh. Not to mention people don't believe me when I tell them how much I'm paying to share a house in Crenshaw...

    But go Elsa! She's cool.

10/28/15 UPDATE: The online payment system has been down for about two months now meaning that unless you have Chase Bank, you have to drop off your rent checks at their office which is quite a hike from Crenshaw. It's a bit baffling to see how little they care about their tenants comvenience.

8/4/16 UPDATE: I'm now completely moved out of my place and am no longer a supreme real estate. I had to write an update because the process of getting my deposit back was an absolute nightmare. Of the $3200 deposit we were hoping to recieve--Supreme Real Estate attempted to charge us nearly $1000 for removing items from the property THAT WERE ALREADY THERE WHEN WE MOVED IN. There was a bunch of trash and spare items strewn about the backyard as well as a tree that, due to the gardener's maintenance, fell over.

We immediately responded with a very justified rejection of the charges seeing as all the things they had to fix pre-dated our move in. Luckily once we threatened to take them to small claims court they dropped most of those deductions from the deposit. All in all, I am thrilled to be rid of them and I was not the least bit surprised by their underhanded attempt to further screw us.

In summary--do not go with Supreme unless no other rental company will approve you. They are non-responsive, duplicitous, and completely unhelpful from their rent payment system to their lackluster maintenance technician. I would also like to add that this review started at 3 stars and has now been downgraded all the way to one star.

The service I received from Korin Haltom and John at Supreme Real Estate was deplorable,  to say the least.

On Thursday, March 3, 2016 I made an appointment to see an Inglewood property which was listed on multiple housing sites. I reached out via email and received a response saying to call Korin. When I spoke with Korin on the phone I was told that the ONLY time he had available to see the place was Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:30pm. While I explained to him that this was mid work day for me during an extremely important deadline he made it clear that there was NO other time to see the space. I made schedule adjustments with multiple partners to make this happen because I was VERY interested in the space and was looking to move from my current residence right away.

I showed up at 730 E Eucalyptus Street at about 2:25pm and found that no one was outside and the front gate was locked. The building looked very unkempt from the outside but nevertheless, my roommate and I wanted to view the inside. From the looks of the online photo, it was a gem.

I tried dialing the unit number on the call box but got a disconnected number which was understandable assuming that no one lived in the unit. I called Korin and even the listed management company number several times to no avail - I find it odd that an open business would not see the importance of answering phone calls during business hours but that was hardly the only issue. Korin finally answered my eighth call and my roommates fourth call to instruct us to call John, who was supposed to be at the location and showing the property. First call, John did not answer. Second call, John stated that he tried to call me to reschedule. This is the same John that never had my phone number to begin with and whom I had NEVER communicated with prior to this phone call. I figured maybe Korin provided him with my number from his call so of course I took the time to double check even though I keep my phone next to me as work calls come in throughout the day. Not to my surprise, I had NO MISSED CALLS from Korin Haltom or John.

After expressing that I had not received any calls, John then stated that the next time he can show the property is Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 4:00pm; again another time that the average young professional would be at work. I tried to explain to him that the timing is bad and he again tells me that he that the ONLY time he can show it is then, much like the ONLY time was Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:30pm. He then instructed that he or someone else would call me IF they would have TIME to show me, once again NEVER soliciting my actual phone number. By this time, as anyone would be, I am frustrated and simply said ok and closed the phone call. There was ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD for the fact that I took time off of my job and traveled to see this space. They were EXTREMELY unapologetic and unaccommodating;  First sign of bad property management. It truly felt as if this management company was making an attempt to discourage me from viewing the space.

Based on the inside photos of the property, I thought this place would be a great fit but I would NEVER commit to a property that is managed this POORLY and INEFFICIENTLY. As much as I was interested in this apartment I am not highly discouraged and disgusted. For a company whose mission is "To Help People Be Happy with Their Real Estate Commitment" they certainly did a horrendous job of showing a space that a paying renter could be happy with. I would certainly recommend NOT renting from them and NOT allowing this unprofessional "management company" to operate your real estate investment. I could only imagine the service is worse when a lease has already been signed which would ultimately result in high turnover for your space.

Based on other YELP reviews we see that the owner does review some of the claims made here: I would be more than happy to provide the owner of this business with screenshots of phone calls made.

Positive - price, prompt responses, have systems in place such as online bill pay for tenants and professional forms for various situations.

Negative - did not take care of a few key details despite repeated requests, which cost me money and a lot of time and stress. Placed a tenant who caused noise issues and damage. When called out on mistakes, defensive and difficult to work with.

I rented property from them for 3+ years. The staff was always friendly and responsive. They were always available for any questions or issues and always on top of any maintenance needs. If you're looking for a great rental property I highly recommend going through them.

From the perspective of a tenant, I would advise owners who care about the long-term value of their property to look elsewhere.  As others have mentioned they do OK with day to day service issues, but have sent out technicians who are unable to solve the problem after several visits (I'm uncertain if they are charging the landlord for this or not), which is inefficient for the landlord and a waste of our time.

More problematically, when we reported that there are indications of conditions indicating water damage and health hazards, they reacted slowly and basically concluded that since a cursory inspection indicated no mold that it was our problem-- a solution that may save the owner money in the short run but will almost certainly lead to degradation of property value over time.  If someone reported water damage in my property, I would want my managers to be very careful about investigating-- especially in a condo where you are also potentially on the hook for damage to surrounding units if you negligently ignore warning signs-- to say nothing of potential liability under statutes designed to protect health of the units inhabitants.

We are very happy with Supreme Real Estate. We do not live close to our rental property so it was always difficult to handle things when they came up. They are always professional and handle all situations quickly. They are well organized and have many contacts for any repairs needed for our property. So we don't really have to worry about anything because they handle everything for us. Very pleased...

Supreme Real Estate helped my husband and I sell our condo.  We worked with Irina and she was very responsive and responsible throughout the whole process.  We closed escrow approximately within a month we put it up for sale.  She worked equally well with both of us and kept our interests as her primary concern.  After we sold, she even made a donation to a charity of our choice, as she also wants to do good for the planet!  No drama, straight-forward service.

I live in Orange county and have couple investment properties in Los Angeles area.(downtown and Long Beach). I hired Supreme Real Estate about half a year ago and I am very happy I did. Some of my tenants are Section 8 and dealing with inspections and rent control is not for me. :) Sergei at Supreme saved me $1,640 from Section 8 because the payment was supposed to be abated. He reversed it somehow. Overall 5 stars.
