Smoothies are awesome! Super nice staff :) definitely a well kept establishment! Darlene is very sweet!

Conveniently located in downtown mt airy, this vegetarian and gluten free baked goods shop is a hidden gem! We stopped by for lunch and got smoothie bowls which were a large serving and refreshingly delicious! They are totally customizable and use pure ingredients!

There are plenty of places to sit and even a nice little kids area in the back with toys to keep the kids entertained which is a nice touch!

If your are a Vegan or vegetarian, Superfoods should be a "go to" staple in your little black book of eateries.

For starters, the inside space is incredible. You order up front then find a table (or you can order take out). The staff is super friendly and very helpful when making choices.

The owner/chef is the real deal. She is a raw food vegan chef and has your back with her menu! So many amazing choices here, both raw and cooked.

I visited on a rainy day with my daughter. I had the Quorn chicken wrap. Everything was incredibly fresh. The creamed collards side was a nice touch, although a little too bitey for my flavor. My daughter ordered the avocado toast and it was phenomenal. We shared and i snarfed that toast down it about 10-seconds!!

They were offerings tastings of a new product by "Costa" that was fabulous and i highly recommend.

Spend an afternoon getting lost, mosey around for some shopping, and grab lunch here. You won't regret it!!

Superfoods Cafe & Market fills a much needed void in downtown Mt. Airy, offering a vegetarian and vegan mecca for plant-based cuisine. Online ordering was quick and easy, and my order was ready in ~20min. I decided to try the Build Your Own Wrap, which comes with a gourmet side of your choice (rotating specials)--I went with mango salsa and corn chips. At first glance, portion size-wise, the meal seemed slightly discordant with the price point, but worth it given limited vegetarian and/or vegan options elsewhere in town. The mango salsa was a tasty mixture of perfectly ripe mango and finely diced classic salsa components. The wrap filling was fresh and flavorful, but a little unbalanced in spinach to veggie ratio. I decided to try the vegetarian Chik'n patty (Quorn brand), a breaded mushroom based patty, which was pretty decent though certainly benefited from the complement of the other wrap fillings, as the patty is a bit bland on its own. Overall, 4 stars for a solid downtown option for veggies looking for a reliable, healthy fix!

This is an awesome restaurant. It's good food that everyone will love. Second it's healthy and has SO many options! Smoothies, wraps, bowls, and yummy baked goods. It's all vegetarian BUT you wouldn't know it!! Stop by for a snack - they even have gluten free options!!!
They also have wine nights and family events. Check them out!!!

What a wonderful place!!!!! Awesome food and lovely , friendly staff. Great gifts and items in the store and a delicious menu . Definitely a must when you are on Main Street in downtown historic Mt. Airy!!!

The owner and employees are always so nice and welcoming. I've only ever gotten the smoothies but I love to get them for a treat! Everything is customizable and made to order. It is a little pricy but you get fresh ingredients unlike other smoothie places who just use fruit juice. Recommend if you're craving something healthier!

Had a truly lovely experience here yesterday!
I found a Groupon for $15 for $30 - which is always nice when you're trying somewhere new. But I must say, though a tad pricey, Superfoods is worth every penny without the deal! Wife got the "mini" mango smoothie bowl and a lemonade; I got the gluten-free hummus wraps (it comes with two) on almond flour tortillas. My dish came with a side, I chose sauerkraut, which was fresh and tangy and went very well with my wraps. I also got an Apple Delight fresh juice and gluten-free Lemon bar.
We both enjoyed everything we got! Appropriate portion sizes and the flavors were interesting and delicious. The drinks were refreshing too! The lemon bar was a wonderful treat for someone who rarely gets to enjoy dessert out (damn you Gluten!)
We will be back...probably this week. Likely next week too lol
For a small town with VERY few establishments that cater to or have knowledge about dietary restrictions, this is a diamond in the rough!

I really love this place. It has a great vibe for gathering friends and hanging out. I tend to go for their selection of wines of which they provide a good range of locals. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
