I dropped in for classes while visiting Dallas and was greeted by such caring, dedicated teachers and a solid community feel.
The studio space is really cool and has lots of amazing sunlight coming in. That plus the plants gave it a soft, nurturing vibe. And the variety of classes that were offered was amazing. I highly recommend the Sacred Geometry class and wish I could've caught the candlelight yin class.
I'll definitely be back anytime my path takes me through Dallas.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Elizabeth C.San Diego, CA13110321Feb 16, 2020
This yoga studio is a gem. It is a beautiful space with high vibrations. I stopped in for a sound bath and it was transformative. Highly recommend and I will be back soon :)

So glad I went with my gut on a place to try yoga, one more time. I have attended a beginner series class led by Jessica and a gentle class led by Jenny and I am impressed.
I'm a super beginner yogi and I don't feel intimidated by an already established "clique-y" vibe that I have felt at other studios. I feel welcomed and not pressured to bust out the latest Instagram yoga pose!
This studio is allowing me to do this at a pace that I feel comfortable, while learning to enjoy the process and not the end goal of super dope poses.
I appreciate the knowledge and the stripped down, not fancy style of the instructors. This is not your normal studio. This is what yoga should feel like. Authentic. I feel like I have stumbled upon something really special that will encourage me to keep showing up on the mat each week.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Katie C.Dallas, TX02Nov 21, 2016
I'm so thankful SYP is back! I first fell in love with yoga a few years ago at their original Deep Ellum studio. After they closed their doors, I studio hopped around town and even joined a chain yoga studio. But none of them felt enough like home to fill the SYP-shaped hole in my heart.
I finally had a chance to check out their new studio near White Rock Lake this past weekend. And it is so beautiful. Jessica Jordan, the owner, was teaching the class I attended, and even though I felt completely out of my yoga routine, she guided me through the most wonderful practice while helping my body remember the basics. I was instantly reminded why I loved her soulful, restorative approach.
She's managed to create such a welcoming, sacred space above Good Pagoda. If you love East Dallas, this is the perfect community-based studio.
(Heads up, SYP may look closed right now while Good Pagoda finishes up construction...but they're not! Just go in the paper-covered doors and head upstairs.)Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Sean R.Red Bluff, CA3122Sep 30, 2016
SYP is back open for business! I've done some yoga classes here or there since it closed and moved, and it was never right. So I unfortunately let yoga slip the last couple of years. And man I missed it.
The only thing I can think to call Jessica Jordan as a yoga instructor is a spirit therapist. She's the best yoga instructor I've ever had, and nobody else is good enough for me! The way she speaks and leads class is one of the few things that can quiet my brain and clear my thoughts, and your body feels incredible afterwards.
The new SYP is in East Dallas on Garland Road, and will be up and running in mid-October. You need to come here! I'm going to be driving down from North Dallas every week. That's how good it is. And I know the other instructors she hires will be excellent as well. Tell your friends about it! It's a neighborhood studio and will survive on word of mouth, and it's worth supporting!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Flor V.Dallas, TX268163105Aug 3, 2010
Super Yoga Palace is such an exciting addition to the vibrant culture embodied within the Deep Ellum community. It is located inside the Life in Deep Ellum cultural center and the entrance to the studio is situated on Taylor Street.
As soon as you walk into this lovely studio, you enter an atmosphere of joyful reception and are filled with peaceful anticipation. The instructors are amazing as are all the other yogis who join in on the practices. Jessica has succeeded in creating a true sense of family and community within her studio.
The actual asana (poses) practice will take your work out to a deeper level of physical excellence and endurance. And, although, the classes provide a challenge for even a seasoned yogi, modifications are offered for beginners as well. I took Jessica's Saturday morning Sweat Yoga practice and left invigorated and motivated to have one of the best weekends EVER!
At times, the instructors have been known to take the practice outdoors. One lovely Monday morning, I was fortunate enough to be present for such a practice. And, I must say that until you have engaged Virabhadrasana(Warrior I) while gazing up into the pale blue sky and all its radiance, you have not experienced the true essence of the pose.
SYP also cultivates an atmosphere of preservation by maintaining a green environment throughout the premises. A true global yoga practice! Additionally, the instructors have quite an ear for music so your senses are treated to sounds that help you feel vibrantly alive without taking you away from your breath.
After the practice concludes, you are able to walk over and peruse the wonderful art work displayed in the Mokah Gallery or sip some tea at the coffee bar. Yoga, art, music and tea, what else could a person wish for?
I completely adore this studio if I lived closer I would be here all the time! So, if you are looking to experience a sweaty and profound almost spiritual connection with your breath, you should take your yoga practice to Super Yoga Palace asap.Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - 3823877Feb 6, 2017
I was so excited to try this place since running across it on Yelp! It's just as cool as the photos make it seem. Located on Garland Road over a cute shop, this yoga studio is truly one of a kind. Get there early to snag a spot, as it's a little smaller than most studios in dallas. Christy was my instructor for the Vinyasa Flow class. She was personable and light hearted throughout class. Check out the Good Pagoda on your way out or stop at Lounge Here next door for a frosty beverage after class!

Amazing studio in East Dallas. When I first started at Super Yoga Palace I had taken 3 yoga classes in my life. The instructors are extremely helpful and accommodating to yogi's of all abilities, even beginners like myself. We love having this addition to the neighborhood!

I recently moved back to Dallas and was in search of a Yoga Studio. A friend told me about Super Yoga Palace, so I looked online and got a one-week trial membership. By the time the week was over, I knew I had found my studio. SYP has a variety of yoga classes: Ashtanga, Deconstructed, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, and more. In addition to the classes, they also offer workshops to help deepen your practice. There's always something new. It doesn't matter if you're young, old, a beginner, or a levitating yoga master, there's a class for everyone. The community here is friendly, encouraging, and kind. Jessica Jordan and her tribe of excellent teachers have lovingly created a yoga home for everyone interested in yoga. See you on the mat.
