Super 8 by Wyndham Arlington Near AT&T Stadium

This is your basic motel. People were nice. Close proximity to AT&T Stadium, so it's ridiculously over priced. We had no working electrical outlet at the vanity. They had coffee in the rooms, but the coffee maker in our room had missing parts-so, no coffee in our room. Last choice if I go back to the area.

A one only because you can't select a zero. Came here for the football game and paid $150 for one night. Pretty steep to begin with but it is 2mi from the stadium. When we checked in they requested a $20 cash deposit. No where does it say that is a requirement and in cash... ummm yeah. We go into our no smoking/vaping room and get smacked with a horrible cigarette smell. Burn mark on the blanket. We got three very thin pillows and everything is very wrinkled and stale smelling. Coffee maker has no coffee or cups. Pillows are stained. Everything pretty worn and very minimal in the room. Not what I would expect for $150. Will not be back.

The worst customer service. EVER. I checked in at 3:30, had a family emergency and had to leave at 4:41. Didn't even unload my car. Didn't sit on the bed. NOTHING. They refuse to give me my money back. They said they have to charge me for the night. 11 minutes. And I am being charged for the night. Leo says there is nothing he can do. This is beyond ridiculous.

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. This Hotel is ridiculously over priced. The Bed was a fold out full size cot, which was super uncomfortable. The whole place smelled like mold and the room was humid. Floors were sticky. The peep whole in the door was missing. The door just had a hole through it where anyone could look right into the room. The small refrigerator froze our Beer and was leaking water. Don't expect to go swimming here either. There is no pool at all! The manager seems unconcerned about anything that's going on with any of the rooms.
NOTHING about this Hotel looks like the pictures. STAY AWAY!!!!

Always great customer service!!! . The attendants are always friendly and customer service oriented. I only had one slight issue and it was fixed within a week's time.

First off the front desk is rude as hell, she rolled her eyes when I asked to retry my card. She tried to say my card was declined when I had literally just used it at the store that is walking distance from the hotel. Oh n there's a $20 deposit. Secondly, when you walk into the rooms the damn floors are slippery as fuck!! True enough the did mop but the mop had to be dirty bc there was wet trash particles and hair on the floor. I literally had to get extra towels just to sweep mop the grim up. And last but far from lease THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! Very poor hotel if I could give zero stars I could.

I had a very pleasant stay. Jimmy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, safe, and had free breakfast with waffles, coffee, juices, and fresh fruit. My room had a microwave and refrigerator. I was in town for an event at AT&T Stadium and I stayed 4 nights. I would happily stay here again.

I'm sorry, but when I stayed there for the weekend, my room was not as nice as the pictures. It smelled like cigarettes and the smell wouldn't go away. My cousin's room shower was barely attached to the wall. The toilet and shower were dirty.

We had major issues with our room & the manager was totally unconcerned. I would not stay here again.

Front desk desk is extremely rude wanted to have workers come in my room while I'm staying in the room management did not care and told me to check out. Worst service ever
