Sun Valley Tire & Auto Service

we had a tail light cracked from hit and run, call Ford Dealer and it was 1625.00 part alone, Sun Valley got part for $200 less. we of course went to the them, 2 days later truck is repaired.. Ford never called to let us know when it would arrive and be installed.

Rick and Paul are both knowledgeable and friendly... we always go here for auto repair.

The staff here is AMAZING especially the manager Rick. We are from California and just out here for a hunting trip and TWO mornings we had gotten nails in our tires from being out in the back country and we were here before the place opened and they invited us in right away and offered us coffee and got our tire taken care of so we can get back out there. They have EXCELLENT customer service. With every single customer that came in they were amazing with and speedy.

Where should I start ? Free flat tire repair? Tire pressure set to what I want ? Recommendations of series I just forgot? Talked with Charlie and found how little I thought I knew my vehicle. Yep this trans needs service now !

These folks did an AWESOME job for me when I was in an emergency situation. I was up from Tucson when my radiator blew. They were able to get a new one in (and on a holiday weekend, no less) and stayed AFTER closing time to check out other issues of concern -- things my previous mechanics in Tucson NEVER told me -- perhaps because they never bothered to look. You folks in Prescott Valley are so BLESSED to have them. They do OUTSTANDING work at a fair price and with a GREAT warranty. If only they were in Tucson!!!!

I have known the Manager Rick for many years. He was my mechanic in Phoenix for many years and when I moved up to Prescott Valley, I sought him out. I have had work done from oil changes to replacing all four of my struts. I have not ever had a problem with the work. when my Escape is worked on I am faithful that it will be the last time that problem will exist. I am so happy with the service and customer service from both Rick and Paul. I recommend Sun Valley to anyone who wants great service.

Our car over heated on I 17 just out of Sedona, we called AAA and were directed to Paul and Rick at Sun Valley Auto in Prescott Valley. We have nothing but GREAT things to say about them & their Expert mechanic with the Uber diagnostic skills ! They were Honest, efficient , very knowledgeable, & reasonable...but most of all they are just Really Good Humans who went the extra mile when they certainly didn't have to. This shop is first class! They are friendly, professional, prompt and fair. Rick, in particular, is OUTSTANDING! Rick goes out of his way... above and BEYOND, to be helpful, seriously... Rick is the best thing to happen to auto shops, period.

We used these guys for about 10 years when we lived closer to them, starting back when Don (R.I.P.) was in charge. All the guys there really know what they're doing. Definitely would recommend and may even drive out of our way to continue to use their services.

AMAZING PEOPLE! Rick is a guardian angel! Amazing guy and great people he works with! I came to Prescott from Phoenix for a special event and I noticed there's a noise from my car when I speed. So I pulled over and saw the undercard shield/ skid plate had slipped and was hanging down. I happened to pass by this auto service and just told them about my problem and asked what I can do, Rick didn't hesitate nor gave me any issues. He got my car keys quickly and checked it with his fellow coworker and got it done instantly within 5-10 minutes. And guess what? He didn't charge me anything. ZERO DOLLARS! It was free! Wow I was and still am so shocked.
Rick, I hope you're reading this but I am so happy and I am happy to see that there are still kind and honest people out there who don't take advantage of yellow fellow/women like me. You didn't take advantage of prices instead you helped me. Didn't change me any dime. You could've charged me $20 or something but nope.
I don't know where to start but you are a guardian angel. God knew I needed help and you came out to help a stranger without asking for anything in return.
I may have given you nothing but I can give you prayers & I hope you and your team have so many blessings in life.

It is not the same place as it once was. Disappointed with their customer service. We had issues with some rims that we had installed by Sun Valley they told us they would not stand behind them we went home and called the manufacturer of the rims and they sent us everything we needed to make it right no cost out of our pocket. Sun Valley don't even try.
