Employees are not friendly. I waited for more than 12 minutes for a bed and someone who checked in at least 6 minutes after I did was put ahead of me. I will never go back. Also not the cleanest Sun Tan City I have ever been to.

Some employees can be very rude. I had a frozen account for about a week, last Saturday I unfroze and went to tan after work. I paid $22.60, which I thought was high being that it was the 9th of November already and my membership is only $25.99+tax for the whole month. When I got there it would not let me check in and said I owe another $5.00. Shayla was the one working and after asking her several times why I'm being charged extra she kept replying "I don't know, I don't know." I literally had to ask her to contact someone either via live chat or call the manager. She then texts someone and after ONE response (I was watching her phone) she told me the possibilities of why I would be charged but no direct answer or solution. Getting frustrated I continued to ask her and explain it didn't make sense. Her reply was still "I don't know, I don't know," with a blank stare. Customers should come first, there wasn't a single person in line, yet she refused to further help me. VERY angered and disappointed as I have been going to this salon since before they renamed it SunTan City. Do better!
