The BEST customer service. I requested a quote via Yelp and got a response the next day. Adrienne (who works front of office) was so helpful and explained in detail the process and gave recommendations.

My car was finished in about an hour. A few days later I noticed a sizable gap on the base of my rear window that did not get tinted. I took it back and they fixed it on the spot, no questions asked or no hassle given.

It still didn't fully remedy the problem so they redid the whole window with no charge. To clarify, the problem
was not to due to any poor workmanship, but the way my window sits.

They are pretty busy so you may have to wait a week or so because you can get your service. Also, I had no idea windshield tinting is not included in the quote. You have to specify you want your windshield done because a full car tinting service does not include it, and it costs extra. Adrienne gave me a discount on my windshield because of the misunderstanding.

Would definitely go back if I had another car to tint, but I got my friend a gift certificate because they did such a great job.

Had my BMWI3 tinted. Near perfect job. I have read the critical review of uneven tint and I'm not sure how that's possible since the patters are cut by machine.

I thought I was anal. That's why I said near perfect.

They will be applying vinyl to my hood and roof in a few days.

So far I am happy with their work.

They did my windows. Only one has a bubble and they fixed it without any second thought.

Do not waste your time here unless you want mediocre tint. After bringing my vehicle back 3 different times, they were still unable to fix their mistakes. Bubbles throughout and varying sized gaps between the tint and the edge of the windows. They are unable to fix the tint and are refusing to return my money. I reached out to different tint shops and they agreed the job was done poorly. I paid over $400 expecting a somewhat decent tint job and they couldn't even do that. Now I have to pay to remove the tint and get it done properly elsewhere.

The front desk lady is very nice and friendly. I got great time there. It was a great customer service from her. She even tried to show me the different between the tint shades. She was great. There was 3 guys working on my car that time.
The only reason I give 2 stars is the result I got after couple weeks. I have been waiting for the result so that I can write a fair review. I got a ceramic tinted, so I expect the result should be better than what I have.
There was a big bubble at the driver car right after they finished tinting my window. Luckily, I was still there and showed them the bubble. The guy quickly try to fix it by using the heat gun and his tool, but it is still not fixed completely. The bubble is still there after 3 weeks and I can even feel it with my hand.
Also at the driver window, I notice couple bubbles from not completely cleaning the window. There was hairs and dusts underneath to make bubbles. I can easily see it from outside.
I don't think those bubble will disappear at all.

Pleasantly surprised! Amazing tint (35% windshield 15% around the rest) looks hard on my Golf Alltrack, the bubbling subsided In a week. Wonderful and receptive staff and relatively quick work. Would recommend you go In understanding things don't always go perfect but the crew at Sun Stoppers made it clear that they'd take care of problems if they do arise. Good for privacy, heat reduction, and interior preservation.

I've had several vehicles and I have gotten all of them tinted. I've passed this location many times and decided to check out the reviews.
I contacted Sun-stoppers via yelp and someone replied to my message within 20 minutes. I inquired about price and availability and they were able to quote a price and schedule me right away.

When I arrived Dru greeted me and got started on my truck within minutes. I payed, sat down and to my complete surprise my vehicle was finished in 20 mins. I only got my front two windows tinted because the rest were already tinted with factory tint.
Even though it was only two windows that I got tinted, they were very prompt and efficient.
The prices were reasonable and the windows look great!

Scheduled an appointment, after exchanging messages via Yelp. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the owner, Dru, came out to greet me and to confirm my needs. I was promised I would be in and out within 30 minutes and the guys held true to that promise. The tints are professionally installed and look amazing on my JEEP Wrangler!

Dru carefully reviewed the care instructions and warranty with me, and said to come back if I have any issues. I will certainly be returning to these guys for all my window tinting needs.

Back to the window tint. Sun Stoppers were located on a tight right turn off of Bel Air Rd. So if you don't know the area where you going you're probably pass it 2 or 3 times ...when I got there I was greeted and taken care of quickly. I was in and out of in less than 30 minutes. They do offer a military discount and it is a family run business ( 2 pluses in my book). I was happy to support during this difficult time. I didn't see a sign that masks were required but all of the patrons that were in the waiting lobby didn't have a mask on.
