Great place for food and ice cream! Especially the kids! The onion rings are the best and we also love the sweet potato fries. Always friendly staff

Food is good and staff are always nice and pleasant. Parking can be difficult sometimes when they are busy. Picnic tables are nice to use.

I was glad to see that Sue's Drive in was open for the season. Good old style drive in. Order at window and get food to go. Eat in your car or take home. There are a few tables to enjoy the outside. They do have a clear sign asking for only one at order window at a time and to please keep space. The burgers and fries were good. You have to ask for ketchup for the fries. Burgers are large and filling.

A week at Gull Lake always starts with a stop at Sue's on the way. Great tradition. Friendly folks. Real good hamburgers, shakes and fries.
Pretty busy most times, but well worth any wait you may have. Especially since they added new tables to relax at.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Misha Q.Brainerd, MN14355114May 29, 2021
Stopped by this gem on out adventure today. The food was great and a great price. I had the chicken sandwich and it was so fresh and crispy. My hubby said the pork loin sandwich was so incredible he wanted to know when we could come back. My son loved the cheese curds. Had a little ice cream on the way out. You should stop by if you are near by!

Take a worthwhile detour to Pierz and follow the directions of the sign in the walk-up window: order the onion rings. I ended up not needing to order anything else because they are a meal in themselves. Raspberry shake was excellent on a hot summer day. The tables out front are an excellent place to enjoy anything on the menu.

Your quintessential drive-in. Burgers, dogs, shakes, malts, etc.
My wife used to stop here as a kid and get the pizza burger. Since when has anyone had a chance to have a pizza burger since elementary school?
My usual stop is always for a malt but this time it included a side of mac-n-cheese bites. That's right. Mac-n-cheese bites. They were every bit as good as they sound.
We had them with a side of the honey mustard vs the ketchup and they rocked.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael R.Fort Ripley, MN8611Mar 18, 2014
Sue's....brings back so many memories. This is my standard in burger joints. My dad and I would always swing in here for lunch and it was always such a treat to me. If you're in Pierz, MN and have a grease craving look no further!

Sue's Drive-in is worth going out of your way for. My go-to order is the mushroom Swiss cheeseburger. The onion rings are made from scratch and delicious. It is classic drive-in food done well. Sue's number is in my contacts list and I phone my order in from about ten miles out and it's usually perfectly done when I roll up.
