My best friend and I were up late and saw subway was open 24 hours! I called to make sure haha.. well we came and Haylee was so welcoming and with my conflicting decision on what I wanted, she was so patient and made suggestions and very nice and made us laugh and was very pleasant. She was truly amazing

I'm not normally one to review fast food restaurants and I understand that covid/the pandemic has negatively impacted businesses ability to maintain any sense of normalcy but omg my experience at this store was so bad that I emailed the company directly and am posting this review.
I came in at like 245am on 01/31/21. My work/sleep schedule is crazy right now and this was pretty much the only place open near me.
I walked in with my boyfriend and we both greeted the guy working.....he didn't respond or acknowledge us. I thought maybe he didn't hear us or was maybe having a bad day so I said "hey, thanks for being open and for being here. How's your night?" And still no response.
It became obvious that homeboy just didn't care about anything. When he finally spoke, he said - "what do you want". There was absolutely no acknowledgement of anything we said prior, this kid had absolutely no manners and no customer service skills. I get it, I don't need you to be my best friend, but when I came in super kind, bubbly and happy why are you being so rude to me. Am I officially old for wanting to be treated like a human?
Additionally, the kid working was playing super loud rap music with an insane amount of curse words..... Like bro I like rap music too but probably don't blast some of that stuff at work its inappropriate and low-key offensive paired with your bad attitude.
My original order total was $31.00 and the cashier refused to accept a $50 bill as payment and then told us to leave and go get change. You really can't give me $19 in change? Okay cool.....I understand why a policy like this would exist but at the very least you should be able to articulate yourself and not be a jerk.
The employee was so rude and dismissive that we almost left and didn't come back to pay for the sandwiches because we felt disrespected. He would have been stuck with $30+ worth of wasted food all because he wanted to be grumpy. Too exhausted to figure out what else was open, we went across the street to plaid pantry, got change and came back for our food.
The guy at plaid overheard us talking to each other about how mean the subway guy was and he said he hears that a lot and the subway employee's name is Jimmy.
Apparently this guy hates his job and his customers so much that people routinely go across the street to a neighboring business, complaining about him. Subway employee had no name tag but he's a tall skinny tan guy with curly hair. Dude at plaid said the subway guys name is Jimmy, but I have no idea if that's true or not.
Whatever, I'm done venting about the bad service.
My food kind of sucked and I ordered one of the new sandwiches and I have nothing positive to say about the preparation because the employee upset me so bad.
Ugh, this review sucks.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Noah I.Gresham, OR01Mar 27, 2023
Order never came with 2 bags of chips i paid for. Also, I ordered two different sandwiches. Both were the same. Quality was fine. Service was fast. However its the lack of customer support the reason i voted 1 star. I emailed through the support app. Got multiple responses from what felt like a bot. Telling me sorry for my issue. Thats it just sorry. Then on my personal facebook the franchise owner found me and sent me a message. Apparently they didnt have enough info like my email or number to "make it right" . Which i find rather odd considering this subway "support member" has sent me multiple emails. Then the owner presides to call into question the day of my order. I had sent a picture of my receipt to her through messenger. Still have yet to get compensation for the things i was shorted. Sure its only a couple bucks. But its still money out of my pocket for no reason. I would say stay away from this subway. If you enjoy this restaurant there are many others in close proximity to visit.

We always get the veggie foot longs and this are great. The only complain I would have is the amount or lack of cheese, it's like they put only four thin slice for entire foot long. Come on subway at least put few extra slice

Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.
I come in to order a sandwich after getting off late work and says it's open 24 hrs everywhere. The girl tells me that she's close while she's helping a customer out. Says it's open 24 hrs outside and has the big open sign and doors unlocked and everything. I'm searching up food open on maps when I see people walking in and out with sandwiches? Does she just work whenever she wants or what? Never ever coming here ever again. I'm disgusted in how I was treated while she helped other people.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Diane H.Wood Village, OR111Mar 31, 2021
I ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 protein bowls on their app. There was no one in restaurant. Ten minutes after expected pick up time I received the food. I did not get the promotion( the clerk explained I ordered more than 2 sandwiches). And 2 of the 4 sandwiches had the wrong bread! I couldn't believe the price for the protein bowls? It was a salad! The condiments were so heavy it smeared all over the wrapping. Not going there ever again!!!

Rude. You guys are truly a find as far as the lobby, a great place for people who rely on third place (ie freelancers like myself who have unusual productivity and off time hours.) starbucks can't pull all the need for third place all by themselves until they decide to compete with you guys. Which, maybe they should. Culture is what will determine winning as a business most especially in service / hospitality.
All I want is to be left alone in the corner out of everyone's way to do my work / computer leisure. I don't make noise. I don't make messes. I can fend for myself (it's not a security concern, I'm a free roaming freelancer. I'd rescue you guys from a robbery, I am basically free security).
I don't ask for WiFi. Just a seat with outlets, you guys have them. All I ask is to be able to be a customer, to Tip good workers, buy food or drinks (because I'm hungry and thirsty, I'm not a freeloader) and be left alone. Being rude to me about that is a mistake in your culture and your brand. It's the way to fail at a time like now when the middle is bottoming out. You guys should be striving to be like Starbucks, not make it compete with you because you're rude to people who need a third place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Shawn S.Troutdale, OR6784Mar 20, 2019
There is no drive through at this location. Only two employees working behind the counter during rush hour... one of whom was doing dishes in the back before a supervisor came in and told her that there was a line out front (8 people). She came out and started helping long enough for the supervisor to leave and went back to doing dishes. I spent 15+ mins standing in line and I was the 6th person in line when I entered.
After I finally got my sandwiches and went out to my car, the gal that was working in the back doing dishes came out and jumped in her car which, was parked in the front aisle right next to the Subway. Parking is hard enough in this lot. What happened to employees parking away from the business so that customers had the ability to get in, and get out quickly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kiana O.San Francisco, CA01Oct 10, 2021
Terrible service, we walked in and both girls were on their phones, it took them probably 3 minutes to greet us by saying "what do you want" they had to remake my sons sandwich twice cause he's allergic to tomatoes and both times they put tomatoes on and there was also a lot of cross contamination meaning they had tomatoes in or around most of their other toppings. They were out of almost everything and the girls were rude.
