Service at this location was worst service we have ever had. We stood in line and were only ones in line while two employees totally ignored us for about 5 minutes. They had no selection of breads. Sandwiches were mediocre. Won't be back to this location ever.

The door and google said they open at 7 am and I decided to go get myself a bite to eat before my 6 hour drive. As I walked up to the door there was a worker sitting at one of the tables on her phone. When I go to try and open the door the door is locked and she just sat there for a few seconds and then got up and walked away. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Get people that actually want to work. As I'm waiting this review she walked back and looked out to see if I was still In The parking lot.

I've been to multiple subways and never had issues. I typically order the same wrap - ham, turkey, & bacon. This is the first time I was up charged PER slice of bacon. Receipt clearly says portion of bacon is $0.50 so I was charged $2.00 total for asking to add bacon which they choose how many slices to add. Rip off, I have no intentions of going back.

Whoever is in charge of scheduling at this location does a terrible job. This is the second time I've been in there this week at dinner time and there's been one employee working. She's doing fine but she's slammed. Today, there were at least 12 people in line waiting and 2 of the groups left because they got tired of waiting. Wake up manager, you're costing your company money.

We've been to this location three times in the past couple of weeks, each time during the week and after 8pm. Each time we've been the store has been clean and the employees have all been friendly and prompt. They haven't been super busy any of the times, but there are usually at least a couple of customers ahead of us. I've gotten the same sandwich from Subway for the past twenty years. I've gotten it in multiple states and have always gotten the same results - delicious. Well, except for that one girl in Destin that insisted on nuking my bacon (I prefer it as is) and that location in Ann Arbor that no longer offers spicy mustard. Other than those two experiences, hundreds of other experiences have been awesome. These visits are no different. My husband has gotten something different each visit - all good results. We both get the combos - chips and drinks with our sandwiches, and we've paid under $18 and each visit. Thumbs up =)
