Jimmy made my sandwich and my day . I came to visit SB for a quick getaway Jimmy greeted me with amazing customer service, I came upset at the store but man was just so cheerful I couldn't be angry and the sandwich tasted amazing it's almost if he knew what I was going to order! Thank you Jimmy it was a pleasure to meet you and I wish and hope you have a great future . Best subway experience I've ever had

This place is a joke , the people working there DONT LNOW HOW TO MAKE A DAM SANDWICH. I wanted to try new chipotle sandwich and she didn't know how to make it

Surprised at a few negative ratings. However. here's my impression after having eaten here 3 times over the last two weeks. This is a very good Subway. Employees are friendly and make a quick sandwich. I've been impressed with the fresh ingredients each time I've come. I usually don't give "fast food" places 5 stars but what else can I ask for? These guys know what they are doing and have always exceeded my expectations.

When I went in today they were incredibly busy but the two ladies working where doing an amazing job. They handled the craziness with poise and professionalism and I was super impressed. If those two don't run that store, they should.

Literally, zero stars if I could. This subway literally gave me FOOD POISONING. their teriyaki chicken must have been sitting out all day and they still served it to me and probably countless other people. Another red flag is when they were preparing my sub an olive literally rolled out of the sandwich onto the countertop and they put it back onto the sandwich and didn't even care that I saw it. I gave them a chance and ate half my sub despite this, was so hungry so probably would have eaten anything. And then immediately felt terrible and threw up. The meat even smelled old after heating it, another major red flag. This place literally is not qualified or hygienic enough to serve food! They need to be out of business, I don't know how they can get away with this

By far the worst customer service I've ever received from any establishment. The employees their don't care enough to give even the slightest effort to make you feel welcome nor to make a good sandwich. It's seriously not that hard to put together a sandwich the way you'd want to eat it, but they just throw it together like they couldn't care less about what their doing. This place needs new management, new staff, and new procedures for appropriate steps of service. Never coming back to this location.

They ALWAYS get my online order wrong. And the quality of the food just very poor in general. Not going back.

Pretty decent place to pick up a healthy inexpensive sandwich for on-the-go situation. We picked up a 12 inch roast beef on cheddar bread and a tuna 6 inch. We bought them at lunch time to bring back to our campsite at Ocean Mesa for dinner. The sandwiches were delicious and our kids enjoyed them even if they were made a few hours earlier.

Very disappointed they made my sandwich and then put the mayonnaise and mustard on top of all the toppings which made the bread dry! mustard and mayonnaise is what makes the bread moist to eat the sandwich

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We ordered 2 custom sandwiches and both came with NOTHING but meat! Unbelievably terrible service! I'll never again order a sandwich from subway brand. UNACCEPTABLE
