Subway

The 4 star review is not so much for the food but for the employees that work there. They're always very nice and work as fast as they are able to knowing that there are typically 5-6 people in line every time I've been there.
That being said, this subway is always understaffed and I haven't been able to get white flatbread at this location because they're always out. If you're looking for a quick sandwich you're better off venturing into the Walmart it is in and buying what you need to make your own at home.

Worst ever. Sandwich quality poor.
Do not recognize Veterans day.
Do not honor Subway coupons.
Eat elsewhere

Your day time people should be replaced with friendly, ready to help people. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I mean I get it, they make about $9 an hour and the work can be hard when it's only one person. Still no excuse for the way they treat people. Every time they have to wait on someone, it's like their worst nightmare. They drag their feet to do anything. They have terrible attitudes towards paying customer. I truly don't know how this location survives besides Walmart employees eating here at this point. The manager and her side kick need to be fired.

There is no way they are following proper procedures of cleanliness. The lady went from the register, to the back of the store, and then to the start of the bread line without washing her hands or replacing the gloves she's was wearing. I asked her to remove the gloves she's was wearing and wash her hands before making my food. You would've thought I asked her to give me her first born or something. Truly ridiculous. It was a reasonable request. Not only was it a reasonable request but it's actually stated on your wall to wash your hands. Her gloves should've been pulled off before she went to the back of the store for whatever reason. She should've washed her hands after returning to the front and then new gloves added. I know that's the procedure she should've followed but refused. The bread seemed extremely old. Hard as a rock and flaking as she tried to cut it. It sounded like a rock when she placed it on the cutting board. Seems like they over proofed the bread and baked it anyway. Not cool. The banes were dirty. The sauce bottles looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time as they were crusty. This is not a good location. How they are getting by with health inspections is beyond me. I'll be sure to call the inspector and report this behavior as they are completely out of compliance. Some of the meat had ice on it because the temperature was off. The veggies looked bad. The cucumbers were slimy and old looking. I said forget it after all of this. It's just unacceptable.

One last thing, if they don't want to help you or work that day, they will place hand written signs on the glass stating some sort of malfunctioning equipment. They hide in the back. They shut the glass down onto he food and pull the gates. It's 1:49 pm right now on 2/12/2019. This happened about 30 minutes ago. She pulled the glass down, pulled the metal gates to close the store, then went into the back of the store for whatever reason. What a shame.

Worst subway!! Only one person waiting on customer and she more time texting on her phone than try to get things done!!! I tried the autumn carve turkey sub! The turkey still freaking frozen what the heck!!! So disappointed!!!

This subway is located inside Walmart. It is always understaffed and very long wait times and you may be the only person in line. Only one person is usually there and lucky there is two only one will wait on customers.

I can't tell you how many times I walked away from this place because they can not wait on the guests in a reasonable time. My moto has this would be a good place for a serious Subway to start.

Don't be surprised they are out of items too!

This is the worst subway ever I got a foot long meatball sub and only got 3 meatballs service was slow and sloppy I won't be eating here again

A subway and not great to give service. You may be first in line but you will have to wait till they are ready.

I am writing about the manager. She is rude and does not treat her employees the way they need to be treated. I came in to get a sandwich and she was scolding the employee in front of me. She was also being rude to other customers. I would not recommend going to this subway. Also the employees would go and smoke and leave the place unattended. I think that they should always have at least 2 people working so someone could be there to help customers. If you want to get yelled at and be treated badly by the manager or the employees then go right ahead and eat here or if you want to wait about 10-15 minutes before getting waited on then like i said this is the place for you.

I told the worker my sandwich 4 times and she continuously forgot things. In the end I left with no lettuce after correcting her on the bacon she forgot, the onions she forgot and STILL NO LETTUCE??? I work in fast food and would be reprimanded for incompetence of this level. One mistake, fine we all work hard it happens. Two mistakes and I'm a little annoyed but ok, they could have had a bad day. 3rd mistake and you're just doing a bad job at that point. I recommend going to a different location if you need a custom sub made correctly.
