I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint! The employees are always very courteous and knowledgeable. They're also very quick and efficient with reasonable prices!

I consider Suburban Lock & Key my locksmith. Period. I absolutely love these guys.

To start, the staff is extremely knowledgable about all things locks, and have even made me more educated on the subject. From a service perspective, they're amazing, and are always more than willing to help.

I had only used Suburban to make keys, and install a security lock on an apartment prior to my home purchase. After that purchase, it turned out there were many, many, many keys missing that we were unaware of until after the closing. It was a mess.

Suburban ended up re-keying, and re-tooling a lot of the locks at the house. As well, I even had a missing skeleton key for the upstairs bedrooms that they managed to locate and key for the doors without my even having to take mechanics off the doors!

Speaking as to their service, one of my neighbors that happens to be elderly was out walking her dog later in the evening last fall, and she ended up dropping her house key in the leaves. Even though they don't normally take emergency calls, when I contacted their service (which is 24/7), one of the guys I normally deal with called me back and made a special trip at 8 in the evening to help my neighbor out. That was above and beyond in my book. Sad thing is, we ended up finding her keys in the morning, but that wouldn't have helped her out that evening!

Regardless, if you are in the Williamsville/Clarence/East Amherst area, Suburban should be your locksmith. They are just plain great.

I lost my lawnmower key and had to have it replaced. The gentleman immediately found two keys as replacements and he was very professional. The total came to about $16 or $17. This is now my to go place for any type of locks and security. Keep up the great work with excellent products.

I was desperately searching for a few copies of my only key for a UTV. It seems the manufacturer is lame and doesn't supply blanks to the dealerships, and the dealerships don't cut keys. They do, however recommend customers to the best lock and key service in western NY, Suburban Lock & Key Service.

The skilled technician searched carefully for a match to my key, and was pretty sure he found one. It looked good to me, too. When I tried it, it was slightly different than the original, but it worked! That's all that matters to me, it worked!

No but seriously the people here are always courteous and professional, and while they take care of me quickly, they don't make me feel rushed when I'm trying to decide which designer key I want.

Because really, who wants plain old silver house keys when you could have some with kittens and sunflowers on them?!

I wanted the locks changed after buying a new house, and Suburban Lock was great to work with. Called when they were on the way,super nice and competent technician and quick work changing locks on 2 doors ( tumbler and dead bolt on both). Work was completed quickly and neatly.
I will definitely use them again if I need new locks!

We have a front door that won't lock. I called yesterday and they were at my home this afternoon to determine whether the lock could be repaired or would need replacement. Fortunately Nate was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Suburban Lock and Key.

I needed two additional keys for my doors for family members who are helping me move to California. I went to my neighborhood hardware store which is usually very good, but when I tried the keys in my lock, they didn't work. I wondered if I should go back to the hardware store, but I really needed the keys right away and talked it over with my neighbor and she said to Suburban on Transit. So I hustled right over there.

I told the young man at the counter my tale, showed him my original and the newly made keys. He took the keys and examined them. He explained that they were a bit off, but he thought he could make new ones that worked. So I said, yes, please try. I went home with the "golden" keys and immediately put them in the door lock and PRESTO! they worked.

I am just SO VERY PLEASED, so my advice is to go to Suburban Lock and key, they are very knowledgeable and provide outstanding service.

Simple and to the point: This place is 100% reliable, professional and has OUTSTANDING customer service. If your locked out, need a install , a re-key or just a key made, definitely the place to go. If you are locked out, I can't stress this enough: *PLEASE call them, THEY HAVE 24/7 EMERGENCY HELP*

The service was horrible. They were so rude and I am appalled at this company and the way they treated me.

We weren't welcomed when we walked in the door. They man yelled at us. Said racist comments about "Chinese", and swore at us.

We will never go back here. I will be sharing this awful experience with everyone!

One of my kids accidentally pushed the interior lock button, locking my mother out of her house. After trying in vain to get in, I made an after hours call to Suburban Lock & Key. Danny showed up within 20 minutes, was courteous, and successfully got my mom back into her house without any damage! He also repaired the lock so she shouldn't have the same issue in the future.

Considering it was an after hours call, the pricing was also extremely fair.
