Phenomenal experience and great place for storage. It's extremely reasonable, and the staff here is extremely knowledgeable, and effortlessly helps out their clients to the full extent. I got same day storage access, and very good pricing for large units. Victor, and Nate especially are exceptional employees and if you are looking for storage I'd highly recommend this location. Easily accessible and for the price it just couldn't be anymore better for me and my family! Highly recommend!

Love this storagemart location. The front desk help is amazing, the regional manager is so nice to me. They are always on it when I need something, which isn't often, but I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

Camille and Angel are always extremely accommodating and friendly. We have been at this particular Storage Mart for a few years now and the premises is always spotless. The units are also spacious, competitively priced and we have never had an issue with the property or the management personnel. We have also upgraded units several times as we have grown out of one unit and into another and the transition is always seamless because of the nice staff here. If you need a storage facility, I recommend Storage Mart as they have proven to be excellent.

I was extremely disappointed by the shoddy business practices of this storage company. Their website offered a first-month-free deal on a unit and the ability to place it on hold. Even though that's what I did, they refused to honor my reservation when I arrived, claiming the hold "doesn't mean anything" and only applies to the space, not to the price or the special. It is classic bait and switch, and I would recommend steering clear of this company. Initially my experience was great. I moved in no problem and everything was kept clean. However, the lady in the office is the reason why I'm giving this one star. When I went to move my stuff out, I needed about a week after the rent was due. I walked in and Im a very friendly person so I said hello, and she literally put her hand up to basically get me to stop talking. I explained I needed a few days to get my stuff out and I paid for a week. She told me that my access code would not work and I explained to her that I wouldnt make it in time for them to let me in because I get out of work at 5/5:30. She basically told me that I wouldnt be able to get my stuff unless I got there during office hours. She finally gave me a temp code ( No idea why she wouldn't offer it from the beginning). I go on Tuesday the following week to get some stuff using my temp code and then again on Wednesday, but my code didnt work. Thank god I got there about 15 minutes before closing the office or I wouldnt have been allowed in. I ran to the office to get a new one and again, she was unnecessarily rude. I told her I would be out by the end of the night and she told me I had to be out, even though I paid until Friday. After moving my stuff out, I called multiple times with no answer to confirm that I was all moved out. I kept receiving phone calls saying I had not paid my rent, so I called and she answered. Again, super rude. I told her the situation and she said it mustve been because I hadnt called like I was supposed to. Honestly, because of her lack of customer service and her rudeness I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!

This place is great-
Cammie and Elsa were so helpful and patient with me and all of my questions. The facility is very clean and location is very convenient. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

The location is good, but the management of this place is terrible. I had been paying them automatically through my bank's bill-pay for about a year. Last month they called me at around the 5th or 6th of the month saying they hadn't received the month's rent. I contacted the bank, which informed me that sometimes the checks get lost. The bank then called Storage Mart and offered to send out a new check right away. Storage Mart told them that it would not be accepted because the account was now past due and there was a late charge. I then had to speak to Storage Mart again and agreed to have the bank send out a new check including the late charge. I asked about it being a mistake with the bank and that the bank had had a representative actually call them to explain the error. Storage Mart informed me that they didn't care. I would have been upset, but I would have let it go at that point. However, mid month comes around and I get a call from Storage Mart letting me know that the second check had arrived, but the account now had a second late fee so they were not going to accept it.

My rent is about $86. The amount now due was about $140. Again I explained the mix-up and if they didn't remember speaking to the bank representative. Again they told me they didn't care. I had to call the bank and cancel the second check and issue a third check so that I could have access to my stuff in storage. I don't know if all Storage Marts are as callous as this one, but I suggest you steer clear.

UPDATE: The very day I posted this review, the owner contacted me via email and gave me a free month. Although this barely covered the late charges, and I should not have had to resort to this, it did show that they were willing to help. I hope that next time something like this happens, common sense prevails.
