Honestly I was second thinking about coming here because there was like bad reviews but I came anyways the menu looked so good and the staffs were nice and sat me and my friend down, she rate the food a 9/10 and I rate it a 9.5/10 because I liked it and there was ALOT of rice cakes and ramen the total for these two plates were 39$. I would recommend!!!!

Bibimbap, spicy pork, and soon du bu were tasty, but the Bulgogi and Kalbi were a little tough. I also felt like the duk bok ki was a little undercooked -- whereas in Korean restaurants it's often that they're a little over cooked.

Our waiter was relatively attentive and friendly too. Restaurant just felt cold and could use some better lighting!

I came here with a girlfriend before an Exploratorium After Dark event. I was wary since I went here with family before the pandemic and the food and service was just ok. I thought I'd give it another try. I ordered seafood pancake and my friend got soondubu and a Kirin. Our waiter was very attentive, my seafood pancake was huge and delicious. I can't speak for my friend's dish since I didn't try it but we both had a lovely time.

      Tasty seafood pancake

Lunch at one of my pre-covid favorites! So happy they survived. We shared stone sticky wings, fried shrimp, kimchee fried rice and pork trotters. Soooo good.

All the little sides were good as well. One of the benefits of being back in SF part time for work is definitely the restaurants and great food!

Great place for a quick work lunch. They had several vegetarian options as well. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We sat on the patio outside.

Fast and very friendly service plus blazing hot Bi-bim-bap on a sunny San Francisco day equals 5 stars from me. We arrived at 1:45pm when they close for lunch at 2:30pm so I was a little nervous we were "those people" but the service was so warm and hospitable. They had a highchair for my 3 year old and they brought her some candies and made her feel important. It was very cute. The outdoor dining space is large, with a nice view of Vaillancourt Fountain. The food was fresh, delicious, and 500 degrees as promised. They have some nice choices for Asian beers as well.

      Pros
      Excellent service
      Outdoor dining
      Hot stones and crispy rice

      Cons
      None!

Don't you ever bring a toddler or baby to this restaurant - owner is very rude.

I'm the kind of person who usually hates giving a bad review but I'll have to do this time.

First of all, my husband glass of water has traces of lipstick - so he skipped it. He didn't say a word - and we understand that sometimes that can happen.

Yet when my 1.5 year-old son dropped about 8 grains of rice - which was just the tip of his spoon - the owner freaked out and said you clean it. She was so rude! She brought her husband to the table and also was annoying my husband when he was paying. My husband even gave her a tip but I think we should have not - given such rudeness.

      Food is okay.

If you have kids stay out of it if you can.

Not sure what happened to the lady server before., but this new lady server I just had didn't do a damn thing but drop off the food. I had to get up and ask for refill and get up to the counter to ask for a check while she's playing on her phone. Not once has she check on me. Food is still good though

It's okay, but the service is really off. we sat there forever before anyone came over and then didn't bring us our drinks for another 20 minutes (we had to get up and ask for them). they brought the beer way after food had arrived...a huge pet peeve

and get this, no one else in the restuarant and service was that off? 5 pm on a Monday night

the food was decent, the Kimchi pancake, the chicken wings, sizzling beef and onions, and a tofu soup. Do not order the sizzling beef as it had no sauce no flavor and cheap meat

banchans were skimpy, three little bowls, one bowl had three pieces of broccoli, another bowl some cut up potatoes, and the third was some sort of fishy dough. This was for three people too

the place is very barren with a tv showing Korean music and dancers. it felt souless. they need to decorate. We were alone, too, so that made it starker

I finally decided to eat here for the very first time after work earlier today. I really didn't know what to order because I am used to eating Korean BBQ and this place didn't look like it had any. So, I decided to order the Seafood Pancake and a side of Pot Stickers. While I was waiting for my food, I was glancing a little at the K Pop show that was playing on the big screen tv monitor on the wall. The Pot Stickers were juicy and had a bit of a crunch to them and the Seafood Pancake was just great. I have never had anything like that before; the pancake was so soft and tender and there was just the right amount of seafood. I think I will order it again if ever I come back here.
