Stitch Haus

This afternoon, my wife and I experienced the most awful customer service @ Stitch Haus. We were actually screamed at multiple times, by an employee, because she couldn't find our order and had to look for it three times. As part of trying to find our order she called the owner. While speaking with the owner, she mispronounced our last name a couple times and we would corrected her. Her response was not apologize, but instead to scream "it doesn't matter'. I had to walk outside, I was so astonished by her behavior. We have all experienced poor customer service, but this was surreal. Once she found our order, she shoved it in my wife's face and told her to leave (no charge). We went back in and asked for the owners contact info and she threatened to call the police. I find it amazing that the owner tolerates this behavior. This woman was down right angry. I would have fired her on the spot.

I like the items for sale at the Stitch Haus and the two employees with whom I've interacted were lovely and helpful. Sadly, the owner, spoils the experience of shopping here by being unusually cold and unfriendly.

Such fantastic service! I'm in Florida, an avid seamstress, needlepoint/cross-stitcher and lover of crochet. They popped up on my Instagram through another friend I follow and saw there lovely canvases. Within a couple of days, I had my canvas and thread. Delightful to deal with over the phone and quick response on DM. Hope to be one of my regular sources for my fiber art needs.

Walked into the store, no greeting, nothing. Just two employees gabbing about their latest diet. Spent a few minutes browsing, still nothing, not even a hello. Just rude, unwelcoming. There's nothing in the store I can't get somewhere else.

Stitch Haus never disappoints. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. The inventory is extensive for a small space, and they will happily order special requests. Products range from needlepoint threads and notions, painted canvases to gifts for grads and new babies. They even carry baubles and beads! Monogramming is also available. LG

I was looking for a creative birthday gift for a friend's 40 and they offered private needle work classes! The staff was very helpful in selecting a beginner set and thread. I am looking forward to joining my friend in our first class!!!

I picked up needlepointing and the staff here was so helpful! They guided me through the whole assortment of canvases and threads (which are all GORGEOUS) and then helped me learn the basic patterns so that I could complete a project. As I got more involved they helped me select good projects and gave me tons of good advice about finishing the products. So much time and attention from everybody involved!

Staff okay. Don't offer many levels of classes and no groups to sit and just stitch together. Shop is very small and at this time of year (fall) should be decorated for upcoming holidays. Stitchers work in advance of holidays! Not many pieces to choose from.

I love the store they have great options and they have someone on staff to make custom pieces. The shop is charming. The only issue is the woman who always works there. I think she is the owner, short blonde hair and always is behind the desk. She is extremely cold and makes me want to leave.
