Brought my poochon in for a trim not shave. SEVEN hours later (no call btw) go to check if she's done. And when we get her they completely shaved her hair off!!!!! so upset. NEVER going back.

Steve's grooming is excellent! We have been taking out Pitbull there for years. They are gentle and care for out song while he's in there care as if he was their own. Being a bully breed put dog encounters many allergies and rashes and Steve is always there to help offer a solution. They are very accommodating with scheduling however if you need a weekend appointment your best bet is to schedule in advance.

Awesome grooming place!!! Took my two 6 month old pups, and naturally I was super nervous as I have NEVER left them anywhere. Steve greeted us outside and helped me carry in one of my hesitant pups. Made us feel super welcome and made me feel as if I had NOTHING to worry about. The dogs came home smelling great, nails clipped and even had little bows on making them look #1. I am very satisfied with my experience and immediately made the follow up appointments. Pricing was phenomenal. He came highly recommended by 2 close friends as well as their families and I recommend as well.

Steve and friends have been grooming my Willie for 11 years now !!!! I wouldn't think to bring my dog anywhere else !!!!!

I wish I could give 0 star for the anguish and heartache they cost me and my family. Unfortunately I decided to go based on the "great" reviews. We give steve detail instructions on what to do on our pup I specifically Repeatedly told them not to cut his hair short let alone shave him. Well let me tell you I got the shock of my life when I picked him up steve and his staff shaved All his beautiful hair off to where I could see his skin not to mention the choppiness on his ears, anal feet just one big mess. I was so choked up with emotions I couldn't even speak. My pup was completely unrecognizable. They're just down right cruel uncompassiate disrespectful low life. Steve had the nerve to tell us that's cut he should get.. sorry but the dog Owner and paying customer tells you What cut their dog should Get.These people are clueless they have no idea how to cut just to shave dogs. They will ignore your instructions and do whatever they want to your pup. It really took some getting used to for a few weeks to our pup. This was such a traumatic experience. I don't think I would be able to ever leave him with another groomer. Thanks steve!

Very satisfied with this location. Staff was friendly & helpful. They were very accommodating with the specifics I wanted for my dog and he looks great! My dog and I both left happy.

By far the BEST grooming service available on Long Island. Steve and his staff have taken my baby Romeo from CUJO status to the lover he was named after lol. After rescuing Romeo I had a hard time getting him groomed because he would not cooperate due to bad experiences with his previous owner. Steve and his staff patiently loved and nurtured him to absolutely love getting groomed. Thank you for helping Romeo overcome his fears and for providing the best grooming experience every time he is with you!!!
