Went in for an oil change service today and was helped by Natalie Mayorquin! She provided great service and was able to answer all the questions. She was also very professional and was able to help me with what I needed in a timely manner regardless of BMW being busy. It's always a great experience when I visit this dealership :)

This review is for Sales and Service, primarily our Salesperson, Rocky, and our Service Advisor, Gordon.
Rocky has been our salesperson for many years now. He is honest and answers your questions straight to the point. He will genuinely help you buy a car from him. He is not pushy and is one of the nicest car salesman you will ever meet!
We had the opportunity to meet Gordon, this past week when we took our M4 in for service. I told him the services I wanted and he gave me pricing that was better than quotes from some independent shops. He was very friendly and helpful.
Want genuine BMW service and parts? Give Stevens Creek BMW a call to check service pricing and then make an appointment to see Gordon.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 28, 2023
Lazaro was my sales guy and Armin was my finance guy. These guys were really straightforward and fair. Lazaro was knowledgeable about the BMW line up and Armin was thorough in explaining the financing options. Both were professional and quick to make the sale happen. They put me in a fairly priced BMW. Aside for the normal gremlins of purchasing a used car, the experience and the car have been positive overall.
Will bring it in for some servicing soon and will provide updates on their service department.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nov 16, 2023
I have purchased a lot of cars in my life. Both luxury and non luxury and I can honestly say I have never experienced the issues and lack of service that I have from Steven's Creek BMW.
They may be the #1 volume dealer in the area but that's because they just want to get the car off the lot and if there are any issues after, you can forget about actually getting help.
I first purchased a 2024 iX in August 2023, which had never ending issues from the jump with the user interface. CarPlay wouldn't work. The native navigation system would shut down in the middle of navigation. The car key would lock in the car. Sometimes while you were also in it and then you couldn't turn the car on! Even little things like they didn't activate SiriusXM.
I called, I texted our sales rep Saul and days went by with no response. Nothing! Nothing at all! He finally responded when I called into the sales department but was no help. I finally took it to East Bay BMW who were amazing! They took it in for a week. Gave us a loaner iX and worked with corporate to fix the issues.
Against my advice my husband went one week later to look for a car for our daughter. He walked away with a 2020 X2. What he failed to notice is that not only were the tags expired but they were expired since 2022!!!
Even though we had the registration in the front window, cops can't see that when behind you. My daughter, learning to drive was pulled over twice for registration! It freaked her out so much she refused to drive for a 6 weeks and has delayed her driving test because being pulled over scared her so much.
So again with this issue, we called, we texted and responses, if any, were very weak from the sales rep TJ. Oh, it's coming. Oh just wait. It takes longer for a used cars registration than a new car....A month goes by and no tag. We text again for an update. So they say oh shoot, We forgot to validate it. We need to take it to dmv. Do you want to take it? No. You take it. We don't have time to sit at the DMV for something you should have done. So they come get the car. Take it to the DMV and say it will be about a week to get the tags. Another month goes by and no tags. So we call. We text. No response. He just stops responding.
I finally (3 months in) call and ask to speak to the GM. Finally things start happening. He says they made a mistake in registering it and it's going to be another month but he'll get us paper plates so it doesn't look expired from the rear (I asked for this 2 months earlier). But says we don't need to change the registration in the window.
I called this AM to speak with him, as my daughter is taking her driving test on Tuesday and I'm concerned the paper plates that don't match the license plate number underneath and registration in front window will be an issue.
The receptionist who answered the phone, Daisy, is sooo beyond snippy and rude and treated me like I was lying about having talked with the GM before. She acted like she was the gatekeeper to the President of the United States. Lady I just want to leave him a message! Fine just give him my name and he will know what it's about. You don't have to believe me. Just let me leave a message!!
I honestly cannot understand the rave reviews of Steven's Creek BMW. Maybe people haven't had the after purchase issues we have had? The sales process is good. Just hope there are no post sales issues. We own three BMWs now. My iX, my husband's 2023 M850 and now my daughter's 2020 X2. We clearly like the maker, but these experiences have really soured me. It's disappointing.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Chanelle S.San Francisco, CA073Apr 19, 2024
HAZEIN was amazing. I had been in the market for a Tesla for months just waiting for the perfect opportunity. As soon as the listing was posted on Autotrader, I called and spoke with Hazein. He immediately got me an appointment so I was the first one to see it. He made the whole process so easy. As a woman, I was a little intimidated buying my first car at a dealership so I brought my boyfriend. I had done a lot of research on this car and they gave me a great deal on the car. They didn't try to slip through any unnecessary accessories on the sale. Taxes and doc fees, that's it. Got me out in under 2 hours. He even hooked me up with a charger. I had a great experience here.

Car has been in the shop seven times in a year and a half. This time the transmission slipped twice but they can't find anything but they had no problem trying to charge me $538 for a plastic broken clip for the middle console to close. This place is a scam and their vehicles are no good.

You would think we now live in a society where buying a car is not a male activity only. However BMW Stevens creek seems to be stuck in an age old premise that car purchases is a male driven exercise. My husband and I spend 30 min at this showroom and the sales rep spoke directly to to my husband and each time I asked a question, he for the most part did not answer or if he answered made it a co versatile with my husband. Well, welcome to the 21 st century where women can be equally passionate about cars and have the same knowledge if not more. I loved the car but will simply not gonna k to this dealership for this misogyny ... wake up BMW

-Your Stevens Creek BMW teamFeb 28, 2017Previous reviewReally poor service. Almost seem disinterested. Never expected this from BMW. Despite an appointment in the weekday was made to wait simply to check in. On making an appointment I was told it will be 2 hrs total. On coming to the service center they said it is 2 hr for the service and then extra hours just to take the car in. Would have helped to know this detail beforehand ..completely disappointed

Just bought my first car from TJ and it was a breeze! Not only was it easy and smooth, but he had great customer service as well. Thank you for all the help TJ!

The worst service department ever. These people took weeks to fix a leaky shark fin antenna that shorted out the telematics unit under warranty -- and went radio silent with multiple unreturned calls by both the service advisor and a manager.
Now it's leaked again and shorted out again and another dealer (who answers the phone) wants $4500 to repair their repair -- and Steven's Creek BMW won't even return my phone ca to discuss the matter of their failed repair work (which failed in less than a year).
Never again buying or servicing anything here.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 2, 2023
Cane here to service my future wife's BMW. The service entrance is easy to find, off to the left of the dealership. There are lines where you enter and overall the experience was pretty smooth: someone comes out immediately and takes care of you. They even provide free uber rides for the day, should you choose to not wait at the dealership. This definitely feels premium :).
