Love, love, love Stauf's!! Indoor and outdoor seating is fantastic! Staff is always so nice, lots of coffee options, and the prices are great too! They also sell their coffee here for purchase at home, and they always rotate out different coffee / drink suggestions for the week!

I miss spending evenings here with my craft group, especially now that they've renovated. But the great drinks and excellent service are still at good reason to stop by on weekends. Try the pumpkin muffin, I promise it's worth the sugar rush.

Great place for whole beans or loose tea. Old world, European vibe. Service was super quick even though they were busy. The coffee bites back. Or at least what I ordered. Dark roast, acidic, caramel and smoky notes. They definitely have plenty of lighter and fruitier roasts too if that's your thing.

Another awesome find perfectly placed next to an incredible bookstore. Pair your favorite coffee with your newly purchased book for a great combination. Prices are good. Roast their own beans in the store. Very cool. They even have some swag to buy and remember your experience forever with. Worth a stop for sure. Parking is street parking and can be a challenge but worth the effort.

Had a short break between volunteering hours so grabbed a bagel and coffee. Both were decent. Got an everything bagel with cream cheese and a hot coffee from their specials, the mocha and raspberry coffee I think.

Egg nog latte. I know it's probably seasonal, but EGG NOG LATTE.

I stopped here on the way to Cincinnati, looking for a warm pick-me-up on a cold afternoon. The staff was super nice. The location was buzzing with young folks, old folks, couples, all sorts of people. Many of them typing away on their laptops. This is a spot I'd work from if I lived here.

Anyways, the latte was excellent. The espresso strong and robust. The egg nog providing a sweet, festive backbone. 5/5 would recommend.

I am working in German Village again after several years away and being close to Stauf's has been one of the highlights of my return. I have been here 2-3 days/week over the past couple of months. This is my most consistently reliable coffee experience. There are always at least three different brewed coffees, along with their fancier lattes and mochas. I am not sure how long they're been carrying their own tea line, but I just took some home for the first time and was really happy with it! And what is in the blueberry muffins? I know they bake them fresh in-house and they are the best I've ever had.

Updating this to say I've been really unhappy with my last few trips to Stauf's. Details are numerous but my last experience was tainted by the baristas having a outwardly negative attitude about me ordering a pour over. This included sarcastic remarks between them, eye rolling, etc.

I was craving a cup of coffee before heading out on a hike so my boyfriend and I found a local coffee shop near our airbnb in German village. There were plenty of seatings inside and outside of the shop which is perfect for anyone that wants to get some work or readings done!
I got a triple shot espresso and my boyfriend got a double shot espresso. We're not huge fans of sweet coffee so we ordered our usual. Both drinks were a bit too bitter for our liking, though, and had a distinct aftertaste.
This coffee shop is located in a very cute neighborhood so it would be a nice place to quickly grab some coffee or pastries while walking around. I'd love to try out another drink or even pastries if I come back in the future!
