This location has really gone down hill. Terrible service, food, management and bowling lanes. Came here with 6 people and we rented a lane on the VIP side. We are paying for time and our lane kept jamming up every time we threw a ball. We wasted at least 20 of our minutes waiting for someone to fix it until they finally switched our lane. They never added the time we lost waiting for them to fix the lane over and over. The food we ordered was cold and trying to get any additional items like napkins, silverware, extra sauce, was such a production. I even tried going to the inside bar where food comes out and they told me I have to order at bar by the lanes. The staff and manger there was so rude and disrespectful to their guests.
This experience was a disappointing waste of our time and money. We will never come back to this location.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Fabiola F.Apopka, Orlando, FL422Jan 15, 2024

Took my little brother's out bowling today! Came here because I figured it would be a little bit less crowded than other arcades in the area.
For the 3 of us to bowl our total came out to be $54 for an hour of bowling. (Within this hour the 3 of us were able to bowl 2 games) I usually don't bowl (because I'm terrible), so I'm not sure if this is higher or lower than other places. I will say though, we bowled on the side with the dark/glowing lanes and "privacy curtains" up between the booths. I would recommend they do a renovation of the couches and lanes if they are going to charge extra to be on one side versus the other.
My brothers got food, wings and a burger .. both got fries. Didn't taste the burger but my brother ate it all and the wing I tasted actually was pretty good. I couldn't stop eating the fries, lol. The woman who brought out the food was nice and more than accommodating when one of the lids wouldn't fit on an icee.
Overall, good place for a quick bowl but I would like to see them upgrade the interior.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 8, 2022
Overpriced, untrained employees, and subpar food even for bar food. We visited based on an ad for a $20 play card for $10. When I asked about it upon arriving, the person at the arcade kiosk said we would have to buy food to honor it. Okay. We go to the bartender server in the bowling alley and ask again. She agrees and tells us for every $10 we buy in food we will get a $10 play card for $20. I verified this twice with her. We order almost $80 in food and she tells us to take the receipt to the arcade guy and he will honor it and they will serve the food in the snack bar. Okay. We go back to the arcade guy and I ask him if the cards have $20 each. Yep. We wait about 30 minutes for the food which was pretty inedible. The drinks were missing so we had to go back to the bartender to get it ourselves. When my son came back and said he was only able to play 3 games, I went to check how much was loaded into the cards (again). Apathetic Arcade guy said $10. After asking him to correct it he tells me that was not the deal I bought. A bartender and a manager came out and told me the same thing. I asked about the ad and now no one was aware of it. I let it go and waited out my kids' game time. An hour later the manager came to me to show me that he found the ad but it expired that morning. The poor guy probably doesn't get paid enough to give a crap and it showed. There was no attempt to make things right as far as the food or misinformation. I checked the ad and it had expired when he said. The issue was that two employees told me it was valid which is why we bought the depressing food. Maybe they need better training or made aware of the current specials. I could have been told when I arrived that it had expired and we would have just bought a different package. We used to really like it here. It's too bad how much it has gone downhill. My dogs did eat the quasi-burnt chicken fingers and cardboard pizza we brought home to them but gave me a dirty look afterwards.

My review is based SOLELY on the service and food within the restaurant here. My child is attending a birthday party here so Im in the Coach's Corner restaurant watching football. I decided to order a plain hotdog with French fries. I told my server 3x that I was allergic to the bun--I don't need the bun. When she delivered my "meal', she made zero attempts to get me napkins and condiments. I had to get them myself. Then I had to remove the bun. Biting into the hotdog--it was ice cold in the middle. Take 2: server didn't apologize, brought me out another hot dog in a BUN! this time it was split and grilled. Terrible service. I had tipped her 22% as I had to pay prior to getting my food.

Brought my 11-year old and her friend for a play date. All of the staff that we encountered (4) were extremely helpful and friendly. Not as big as some of the others but the kids had a great time. We'll be back.

Come to this location to play in the apc poker league. I must say that the bartender,Lauren is the reason I keep playing. she is very attentive and such a sweet person. She's the bartender so go see her! 5 stars.

The blonde bartender/waitress has an extremely bad attitude and is so rude. The brunette waitress is so sweet and nice; very attentive. The venue is clean and nice but the bowling is annoying. We were in lane one and the balls and pins kept freezing. Lane 2 was also freezing and the workers behind the front counter weren't very helpful. We had to stop many times just so they could fix the lane..... Never coming back, i'll stick with regular brunswick lanes.
EDIT: Owner of Facility has contacted me and notified the GM of my issues. I will return very soon in the future to check up. Let's see how it goes.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 9, 2015
Stars And Strikes is a great place to spend an evening bowling with family or friends. We bowled here once and had a great time. Lately I just come here with my son who enjoys playing some of their arcade games. The games here are a bit pricy. For $20 you 80 points/credits (25 cents per credit) to play the arcade and the average game play is between 6-12 points ($1.50-$3.00). If you plan on playing the arcade, get the $25 or $50 action pass, you get 24 or 60 extra credit points, overall that is a better deal.
I have not tried their food yet. The bowling prices here are very reasonable. In the summer they allow kids to play for free on certain days, which is great to keep kids out of trouble.
