Starbucks

So disappointed. Our order sits at the counter because the seating area is across the restaurant and didn't hear them call our name. The seating area is filthy including the dead fly on the table. Then to top it off, they left the cream out of my drink and it's printed on the label. Terrible job Starbucks

This crew works so hard to pump these coffees out. One 9/30/23 morning there was only 3 ladies working all stations so it took a little longer to get my order. HOWEVER, even with the short handed team, these ladies kept their cool, were super nice to everyone, and kicked butt. Way to go ladies, y'all are rockstars!!

I always enjoy coming in because the drinks are made correctly, it's clean, and the staff is super welcoming. Just the crew i need to start my day!

Up until recently this is one of my favorite Starbucks but unfortunately they have add milk to my my soy Latte twice. Luckily I caught it the first time and they remade it for me. I didn't notice the label till I am home the 2nd time. Milk would have cause some serious stomach issues for me so this Important. I realize this is probably a training issue.
Just be sure to check your order if you need a dairy free coffee. I am afraid to go back to this location. Fortunately there are other Starbucks close to me.

Ok thank you JAYDA and Cashier didn't get her name .. but I asked for 3 venti drinks the 3 were in point ... and I asked for mine with extra caramel drizzle and she did amazing it looked so delicious and I enjoyed my drink a lot thank you ... I usually go to the one by winco but this is my to go now . When I asked for extra extra caramel drizzle JAYDA understood the assignment lol thanks girls

Much better than whenever my last review was. Kind people , clean , and the drinks are the best here!
It's a great place to meet with people or so homework.

This location is my favorite of all time. The staff is so nice and cheerful and always puts a smile on your face even on your hardest days!! Puppers and I love you all.... PS. Y'all make the best iced white chocolate mocha in the whole city just sayin!

Went in this evening for a quick drink and to get a little work done and had a great experience. The woman cashiering was SO nice and helped me pick a fantastic drink to try. On her recommendation I got the strawberry açai refresher with light lemonade and it was amazing

There were quite a few people there working and hanging out but I loved the atmosphere especially for a week night around 5pm.

This place is amazing ! Always fix mistakes made from other locations in the local area. Definitely worth the extra drive to just order and buy your drinks here. The staff and management In amazing!

I always hope to come to this Starbucks to get my drink made right. My several recent experiences have officially made my mind to declare this is the worst location in Yuba city (even after their lovely remodel) it's a shit show, I understand no one wants to work but it's a coffee company with certain mission and values if you don't think you can apply them in the environment then find another company. This location lacks a true leader or leaders (especially after their peak times) any time I come in everyone always looks lost, their body language comes off as very judgmental, and they will pretend like you're not even there.

In the picture is a 2nd REMAKE of a "nitro salted caramel cream cold foam cold brew", my go to drink that was handed to me like this in the drive thru i questioned it but didn't want to hold up the line so I went inside and politely asked for a remake and the employee looked at me like I was stupid, asked someone else to remake it and they stood next to each other and said "he asked for a remake but theres nothing wrong with it" after I told her what was wrong with it... you are behind a bar not a wall so you baristas speak louder than you think. The drink I got Remade looked exactly like the drink that they handed me in the 1st place. I watched the barista handle and make it I'm pretty sure a grande doesn't need 4 packets of salt in the foam... also if you want your drink stirred so that the syrup isn't sitting at the bottom, don't bother asking, they will still hand it to you with all the pumps at bottom even though the word "stirred" on the sticker...

This is our go to store the 5 stars is for the AM Saturday staff. As with most establishments the place is calm and clean. WiFi has not been taken up by the intranet whores streaming videos and games.
Funny when on occasion the staff comes in with a squirrel in their pockets and full of energy and enthusiasm. The look from the not a morning am I and let me drive A fork into that balloon. Priceless! So my 5 to them and my fresh coffee. Yelp on




Well at times it seems I have reached n impasse as the last few stops, yes have not checked in but coffee has been warm at best and even other flavors...blonde, dark roast. Get the system checked or a new thermometer. Don't make me say Dunkin Coffee.

I keep trying this one because it is closest to my house. I will start driving a little farther from now on. I ordered my usual drinks. I know what they look like. I questioned the guy at the drive-thru whether there was lemonade in them. (I ordered them with lemonade. I paid for the lemonade.) He told me that yes, they definitely had lemonade. I drove off. Nope. No lemonade. What is so f-ing hard about reading a label on a cup and putting in the correct ingredients? What is so f-ing hard about admitting a mistake and remaking the drinks? Nope. He had to lie just to get rid of me. Not that this Starbucks gives a rip. I don't want freebies. I want employees to pull their head out of a certain body part long enough to look at the label.
