Starbucks

Horrible. I should have listened to the last reviews and gone elsewhere. I ordered one simple coffee and they couldn't even get that right. The shop is also very small. Don't plan on grabbing a seat.

Good caffe! i like. I really liked the interior, you can sit outside in chairs in good weather

This Starbucks used to be a good Starbucks, but ever since they started hiring new people experience has gone down. The store is clean enough and pretty quiet. Food the food is good as always. But the service is terrible. The simplest easiest drinks they mess up. I'm not sure how do they manage it. Never coming back here again.

This Starbucks, although it took a while for my coffee to come out, is good. My iced coffee came out fine and they did their best to keep up with a busy morning rush. I would stop here if you're in need of a quick bite or coffee.

Amongst the morning crew on Wednesday, 10/16 at 9:45am EVERYONE was on their A game. I have never been encountered by such happy, joyful, welcoming & any other verb I can think of to describe Team Baristas.

Due to the torrential downpour, one employee was on constant floor upkeep ensuring customers weren't slipping & sliding. Although a smaller location than most, the three-stool counter area & restroom was tidy, a sparklingly clean display case & fully stocked Ready Made edibles.

I got my Medicine Ball with a hefty dose pleasantries & invited to come back anytime...surely I will due to the great crew.

I come here twice a week since return to office. The staff is fast and friendly . I'm especially impressed by Mykia. She is efficient and has a lovely personality. Asks if I want my syrup sugar free in addition to my skinny milk. If you are in the area, stop by this location.

The service is quick, prompt, and friendly but there's practically nowhere to sit, so it is not ideal for getting work done.

This is one of the rare, odd locations that's not on a corner but in the center of a row of businesses, far too small for a Starbucks. I bought my coffee, had nowhere to sit, and took off.

If you're looking for a higher chance of getting a seat, try the Starbucks on 18 & I (across from Farragut West metro entrance) or the one on 18 & H (across from Corner Bakery).

I stop in this Starbucks from time to time and it always seems fine. The employees aren't overly friendly or efficient, but whatever I order usually comes out fine. No major complaints, but this location doesn't really stand out to me.

service is so quick and the baristas are very kind! definitely the best Starbucks location i've ever been to!

I visited this Starbucks location (8/10/17).
Just before 9:00am the place was packed.
The most difficult it was figuring out
Which was the line to order & pick up.
Once I figured this out-took about a minute.
I placed my order in snap. Took about 6 minutes from order-pick up. Great service.

This is one of 2 of the local Starbucks that I frequent when in need for some coffee or just beans. The staff is good for the most part. Service tends to go downhill when there are more than a few people waiting for their drinks.

Also, for some strange reason, they seem to be understaffed during the after "3 PM coffee rush".

Store is generally clean for the most part.
