This is great news as my only complaint about the Rolla Starbucks is that is as noisy as shipbuilders forge.

Of course this being Rolla, like everything else, it will take 20 years to get here!

Never been to a Starbucks that did not have Oat milk. Is that a thing? Lol we stopped at this location while road tripping and it was disappointing. I mean it's a drink spot so I was shocked when they didn't have my milk. So I got one of my fav drinks, the brown sugar oatmeal latte with almond milk instead of my oat milk since they were out. It was okay but because almond milk is a lighter milk my drink had a slight burnt taste but it was okay, but I would never order again. The sandwich my husband got was not great, the sausage egg and cheese. I lovveeee Starbucks but just not this one but I mean, it was better than nothing.

WORST iced vanilla latte EVER at a Starbucks. Ordered the grilled cheese for the first time...won't make that mistake again.

Horrible customer service, slow, manager was rude and staff couldn't get along. Looked very undertrained. Save your self a headache and go try the scooters in Rolla!

Not dependable open one day closed next hours varied during the day . My husband who rarely visits Starbucks went to get me coffee while I was at work as a surprise but he got to Starbucks at 1:30 and they were closed. He didn't see the sign on the drive through and went to the window the workers there were standing around by the drive through window would not even address him or look at him. NOPE STARBUCKS you lost a customer. Shame on this behavior.

Dirty cheese danish.i know covid puts a strain on staff. But you would think they could clean the equipment. This isn't the first time.

Went to get coffee at 7:30 am and the entire store was closed. No sign or anything. They may be closed permanently

We always have the best experiences at this Starbucks. Great customer service and great drinks. Friendly, fast and perfectly made!

They need to listen when some one tells them about points. Not all reps at the drive thru ask about you using your points. Isn't that customer service and helping to prolong the establishment by using their app and by participating in points.
It shouldn't be put on me to receive good customer service. "You didn't tell us"

I shouldn't have to settle and simply accept your mistake. Refund the purchase and use my points.
Do better.

I admit it, I'm a Starbucks fan, much to my wife's relief. This is a big, industrial looking shop, lots of seats, not sure where all the outlets are. Unlike Dunkin Donuts, their plugs seem to be hidden, not easily accessible.
Anyway, about 530pm, on 6.7.18 and the young kids are friendly and helpful, something you don't always find at these places.
My coffee was strong and hit the spot. It's hitter than heck outside, it's a nice place to chill. Literally.
