Zero complaints!

Every time I come here, they get my order right, even if it takes a little bit longer than usual (its a Starbucks, right off the freeway, so you kind of have to expect for it to be a little busy sometimes).

Even through the drive thru, the baristas are very patient and sound tentative (unlike other places). Usually when I come in, the barista "Natalie" is working and she just makes my day so much better, she's very polite and has a very inviting sense to her, the manager here (didnt catch her name) is also great. It's nice to know they actually have such a good staff for such a busy company!

The environment is very clean, and well put together, so that's a plus.

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside of a Ralph's grocery store. While I was there, my boyfriend spilled his drink and they got to work making him a replacement
drink, lots of laughing and not being snarky at all!
These two were attentive and efficient, and they had smiles while they provided excellent customer service.
I visit a lot of Starbucks, routinely, and rarely do I come in contact with employees who are helpful, pleasant and really willing to help.

My daughter and I usually go to this Starbucks coz it's the closest that has a drive thru but they're pretty much hit or miss. Idk why we even bother.
Anyway, we ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch and White Chocolate Mocha Frap and they gave me this grande "Wrm Cream Frap". When I told the guy, he took this... didn't even apologize for the wrong order. He looked like he was having a bad day.
When he gave me back my coffee it seemed like they just added coffee. It tasted like watered down frappe with a lot of whipped cream and espresso. Yuck!!! We turned around after I tasted it but the queue at the drive thru was too long and we were in a hurry.
I'm not going back there. What a waste of time and money!

3/24/24 - Gave them 1 extra star... we went back (coz my daughter insisted and she's driving... smh) Anyway, just wanna share that we got our orders right, the lady was nice and the service was fast. I tried the new Lavender frap and she got a Caramel Ribbon Crunch.

Absolutely disappointed in the service at this location.

What's the point of mobile ordering if you're not going to acknowledge the ticket in front of you until 20 mins later? I've placed a mobile order 20mins prior to arriving to the store, but yet, I had to REMIND them at the front to make it.

To top it off, they weren't busy. I always check the drive-thru and the traffic inside and it was NOT busy. Maybe a steady pace, but definitely not busy. I've been a barista at a different location but we were never that late with orders. I don't get what was so hard about making two beverages that didn't require blending or anything. If it helps, we only order drinks with 2 ingredients and light ice. It's seriously SUPER easy.

Also, the barista made both of my drinks incorrectly. If you're not sufficient at multi-tasking, then maybe your leaders should acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses and begin working on that. I don't spend my money at a location that can't even meet deadlines. I get that sometimes you may get an incorrect order because you oversee your ticket too quick and you just assume the best. But no, it was one problem after the other.

This location is probably one of the worst I've been to and I refuse to make a return to this spot. I would enjoy driving to another location that wouldn't constantly give me any discrepancies.

I love grocery store Starbucks!!! This is a convenient Starbucks when you're looking for coffee while shopping. This Starbucks is new as of March 2023 and is located inside the Ralph's.

Although there's a Starbucks in the same parking lot, that one is always a pain to get to because the parking lot design is bad.

This way, you can head into the grocery store especially when the other Starbucks is busy, which it almost always is. I ordered my vanilla latte and it tasted great!

No customer service, I was surprised to see that these employees have such a bad attitude.
No meet Starbucks customer service standards for sure.

App says open till 1030 and they were closed at 945.
So apparently stores can close whenever they want now .

Tell me what kind of pink drink these are. Paid two pink drinks, asked for light ice. Got these heavy ice white water. Taste like nothing.

Located on the corner of La Sierra Ave & Vista Terrace in the Ralph's shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. I stopped by this late afternoon for a treat after a long work day. Today, I had an Iced White Chocolate Mocha and it tasted delicious. The gentleman working the drive-thru window was very friendly and efficient. Overall, I had a good experience at this location.

So I did a mobile order, when to the door and it was locked and was forced to go through the drive thru for my order . Thanks a lot

Don't do mobile orders if you lock the door.

Anyway, came here during lunch for a little caffeine re-up. I wasn't expecting much to stand out.. you know, mid day caffeine crash or a plain o lunch. Whatever...

I was totally caught off guard but I had the absolutely BEST experience with a sweet young gentlemen named Justin. He was super eager to help and accommodated to my dietary restrictions without any fuss. He was completely transparent and was able to recommend me a new drink. (BTW TRY THE CHAI WITH PUMPKIN SAUCE.) way better than the standard PSL.

I enjoyed how everything was in stock and I didn't have to deselect because they were out. Sometimes I go to starbies and they're out of my fav cake pops or sandwiches. It was an overall great experience. A little out of the way for me but if I was in the area and was dying to have a cup o calorie I would most def stop here again.

PS bathrooms are clean! Woooohoooo
