Greg E.Portland, OR244937Feb 14, 2021This could possibly be the slowest Starbucks on the planet. I waited 20 minutes with two people in front of me. When I FINALLY got in my order the barista insisted my request wasn't on the menu. I showed it to him on the menu and he said he had never seen it before. When he finally made it, it was terrible and he admitted he forgot the main ingredient and refunded me my money. Half an hour wasted.

This is a great location, good parking, low volume. You'd think it would be a first choice for Starbucks fans in this busy neighborhood, but it's the poorest managed Starbucks I've ever been to. It's either overstaffed, with people milling around (no one gets served any faster, but there are more people) or understaffed, and the staff seem to all be on their first day on the job.
Take today for example, there were three of us. We were the only customers. There was a singe barista. He seemed unfamiliar with the words used to order standard Starbucks drinks. (English is his first language), so the ordering process was painfully SLOW. Then he was very hesitant about how to ring up our orders. So that was painfully SLOW. Then he took forever to actually make the drinks. We literally were there for 25 minutes. I've given the place three chances. Not again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

Came into today on Christmas day to finish my shopping for Christmas dinner and needed a coffee
Ordered 2 iced Carmel macchito and they were DISGUSTING!
I was in a hurry to get home and didn't drink any til I was half way home
My Mom and I got the same drink and it was so awful we ended up tossing them because we couldn't stomach them
It's not hard to put ice, milk, a few shots of espresso and some carmel in a cup
I watched the guy make it and basically told him how to make them after he started to put whip cream on 1 SERIOUSLY? they don't get whip cream
I will stick to the 1 across the street from my house that way my drink is never screwed up and when I'm shopping here I will continue to give dutch bros all my businessHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
