1/10/2020Spacious, tidy, and, cozy. There's even a fireplace at this location. Courteous and efficient are the baristas. Strong and robust are their brewed coffee in their signature paper cups and sleeves to-go.
The look and aroma of any specialty coffee drinks is just as important as the taste to me; never to go. Per request, glad for here to serve my espressos, cappuccinos, and flat whites in real coffee cups.
At times, the line and wait is long, hard in finding a seat and hear oneself. Still, well situated at West Village. Easy parking. And, a lovely patio they have.

3/31/2022Updated reviewSo this was my favorite Starbucks for a while; but idk.
Lately the vibe has changed. Maybe it's new staff or a new manager. It was chill and the staff was always super friendly. I also appreciated how diverse and affirming the staff was. But now somethings different.
Still a good shop to study or work in, and they are all good baristas. Not sure what caused the change.
8/25/2020Previous reviewSpeedy service, with a smile.
Great location to journal, the sun crests over the midtown villas just right. And the wafting scents from Kate Spade really enliven the soul. - Britany C.Mesquite, TX32049109
10/3/2019The location of this Starbucks is cute literally in the middle of uptown; but there is no nearby parking only like 5 spots but they are shared with the other restaurants next to them.
I ordered an iced matcha with a shot of espresso, which obviously wasn't given to me.
When i saw my drink it was completely all green and tasted just like matcha only, I told my barista, "hey this is supposed to have a shot of espresso" & replied with "it does" then rolled his eyes.
I was running late and couldn't wait for another drink to be made but my drink did not have a shot of espresso although I freaking paid extra for it!!
Im so frustrated, like it does not take a lot to do your job right or at least could've apologized instead of being rude. Ugh - 4042211585
7/1/2019It Starbucks, so you know the menu. Unfortunately, they don't have the nitro cold brew on tap, but they still have the regular cold brew. The store itself has one of the largest sitting areas I've seen for a Starbucks, and thus is a popular choice among students who are studying, or just people in general taking advantage of the free wi-fi. Service is usually pretty good and the baristas are friendly.
Tip: west village is home to many dog owners; don't forget to ask for your free puppicino when placing your order. There's no hesitation at all. - Claire K.Plano, TX49636161
8/16/2019We stopped by after dinner for a cool drink. They were quick and accurate and gave us extra in our cup!
I'm most impressed with the amount of space here. Plenty of room to hang out or work or study. There's even some hidden space around the back. - Dan B.Dublin, OH8112239
5/16/2020Staff was friendly and helpful on the first day that they honored in-store ordering. They were taking down the side that said, "curbside pickup and app orders only". First Sbux for me in over 2 months.

3/6/2021It's very inconvenient that this store has been closing every day at 12:30. Really would appreciate being able to drop in for an afternoon dose of caffeine, or maybe a light lunch.... It really makes it hard since there really isn't many/any other grab and go options in this area.

If you are for AMERICAN CITIZENS ... why should they be for you? If you were serving poison and no it does that make you an accessory to a crime?

10/14/2017One of the go to Starbucks for studying or group meetings compared to the other smaller locations in Dallas. It also helps it has a nearby garage that doesn't have timed parking on the upper floors, so you don't have to stress about the 2 hour limit for a study date.
The location is also nearby plenty of food options, so you can squeeze in a meal easily during or after your studying. It's has plenty of indoor seating and even outdoor seating. - 82311253294
5/4/2015I came here the other weekend on a Sunday mid-morning. The line was almost to the door. In some Starbucks this would be a five wait, but this Starbucks is huge! So, twenty minutes later I had my drink in hand. I must have come at the busiest time possible. Ha!
The layout is very open and spacious. Like I mentioned before, this is the largest Starbucks I have ever been to.
My drink was tasty and the service was great, once I got to the front. The baristas were working hard even though the line never ended.
I will be back... Hopefully at a less crowded time!
