Starbucks

Went through the drive though quickly, Matt took my order and was super friendly, thanks!

I stopped at this Starbucks because it has a drive-thru. I had our dog with me and he is not certified as a service dog so they he is not allowed inside. I usually stop by this Starbucks Coffee Shop when I bring my daughter to a Dr's appointment on Superior and make my way to this Starbucks Coffee shop.

This Starbucks Is convenient located on 17th St., I did passed by one Starbucks and a Peets Coffee shop to get this location.

The ambiance is typical Starbucks style with sitting areas, Starbucks merchandise and giftcards. It has an awkward very narrow parking entrance and it can be easy missed also, it shares the parking lot with Mendocino Farms.

Today I ordered the Iced Caramel Frappuccino, plus a bagel with cream cheese.
My order was taken in a friendly manner and it has always been fine without a glitched.

They kicked me out an hour before they close. They said inside the store it closes at 8 but drive thru is at 9. Nothing states about the different times.

wonderful service but....a while after having my latte and chocolate pop, I was severely ill. I was so ill that I barely made it through my job interview and as soon as I got home, I collapsed from the stomach cramps. I just couldn't even stand up afterwards. the pain was so bad. it lasted all night. it was by morning that the pain went away along with all the other issues. clearly, something isn't right at this starbucks. are employees washing their hands? are door handles cleaned by employees since some customers won't wash their hands? I don't know but I'm not drinking here again any time soon....if ever. I've never had this happen at a Starbucks before. this frightened me as the symptoms lead to dehydration, motion sickness and more. I felt like I was having a severe allergy to something and Starbucks was the only thing I had all day so I know it was the damn something from Starbucks. please, wash you hands, clean the lobby better and don't cross contaminate the damn cooking things.

I paid for a venti matcha lattee and got a beverage with mostly ice. That's not right

Not surprised by the horrible reviews. I've been in here a few times and will not come back. They never have soap or hand sanitizer available and the barista uses his hands to handle the tea bags. So I'm wondering how are they washing their hands before servicing you.

This Starbucks is my favorite.
I don't drink coffee but often come needing hot water for noodles, hot chocolate, take a poop, charge the phone, the basics. The atmosphere is very Costa Mesa and the music is very well selected
They also have an artist who must be on the crew that creates really cool art Baby Yoda NITRO pretty cool.
Need to charge your device no problem lots of plugs. I've been to other bucks where they charge for hot water and have no power. The cold water is also pretty good.

The people that work here are great, and the flavor of the drinks are good, but recently they changed their ice and it's terrible. I know it may sound petty, but these giant ice cubes are not good for people who like their drinks iced. I will not be going back to this location until I hear they've fixed the ice problem.

This Starbucks location is a hit or a miss. Some days when I come they make great drinks but other days it taste terrible. The plus to this location is it is located next to Mendocino Farms and has a great drive thru so I typically will come here if I am picking up takeout.

I ordered the Irish Cream Cold Brew in a grande size and there was barely any Irish cream on my drink. I don't mind drinking coffee black but if I order a drink with cream I would like if there were slightly more on the surface of the drink.

There aren't too many drive thru Starbucks in my area and I'm so thankful for this one! To be honest, not everyone wants to get out of the car for a coffee fix. This is such convenient location and in my opinion saves a ton of time when you're on the go.

This Starbucks isn't bad I come here all the time however this morning I tried the ham a cheese croissant and ask for it warm and got it cold. Service here is normally is ok I do feel it could be better on customer service, but overall they normally do pretty well.
