Starbucks

This is my family's favorite Starbucks, and we visit it every day. They know us by name and what our favorite drinks are, and everyone has great customer service both in the cafe and in the drive-thru.

Ok. Not closed for 15 minutes. Pulling in drive thru get the message that they are already closed. Weird because sign was still lit up (A dead giveaway that your still open). Open yelp to find out they not closing for another 15 minutes. Inside looked open I just was not wanting to go in. So now now frap even the pos McDonald's is out of ice cream so now I am just pissed. What a wasted trip.

Turn the damn sign off if you are closed

I really appreciate the staff here. They're friendly and I've always had a good experience. Even one day the almond milk was looking really weird and clumpy, they remade my drink with a new jug of almond milk and it was still looking weird, no bad smell or taste.. but I have a weird problem with texture so they made me a third drink with coconut milk instead. I was being a pest and they were sweet to me anyway.

This my primary Starbucks when I'm going to work. It's a great location just off of 1-35. It's a pretty decent sized location and they have outdoor seating like most do. Their drive through can get pretty busy but they work the line pretty good.

Last time when I went here in the morning they even ran out of Pike Roast, that's a first but I guess that shows how popular they are.

Eeeeeeeeek. Little flies all over the brownies and pastries etc. I mentioned it to the clerks who replied "Ya ... we know. We aren't serving from there."

....well there goes my appetite.

Without Starbucks. The kick you get when you need it in the morning from their delicious lattes or moccas is just amazing! My go to place right after i leave the house

Took one star off I always ask for a straw instead of that stupid stopper and the still use the stopper .
Little place but can be very busy but always a good place to stop . Employees are friendly and seem to be having fun

I ordered a tall s'mores frappuccino here, and the barista only filled 2/3 of the cup. She did the same thing for my boyfriend's drink as well (Caramel Macchiato). The place wasn't even busy at all.

Usually, they call your name out or the name the of the drink for you to grab the order. But this barista simply put the drink on the table without saying anything.

When I got in front of a cashier to order my drink, this is what he said: "I'm clocking out. You can get your drink from her." I found it quite rude how he said that monotonously. He could've said something more polite like "the other cashier will be right with you, maam."

Terrible customer service. This location really needs to train their employees better.

I come to this location almost every morning when im in town for work. I typically go through drive thru. Always fast, friendly and my coffee is always made to perfection! I also learned about the blonde espresso shot this morning from a nice gentlemen in the drive thru that I will be trying tomorrow!! Thanks!!

Incredible customer service ALWAYS! I always run in to grab my coffee in a rush before work, and somehow they've gotten my name down. I haven't been inside in a few months, and they still know my name and ask how school is going. But today took the cake. I accidentally sent my mobile order to another location and Susie helped take care of the whole situation for me.
